    I bought a shed from ******* **** *** Last year!
    This year the CB rental LLC is telling me that I was just renting the shed and I was delinquent on payment so they are trying to repo it!
    Does the ******* **** **. know about this cb rental company doing this to their customers? If so they need to stop them!!!

    This business doesn't send any billing invoices or payment invoices
    It takes them a year to let you know they're repoing
    something you bought from another company.
    Is that legal?

    Do NOT finance with them! Even when you pay off your 1135.00 they still come back with more fees even if your principal is paid. Very crazy high fees, dishonest staff, connivence fees for using your card are so crazy. Cost me 50.00 to make a 1100.00 payment. They don't actually want you to pay it off. The invent a rental fee even if your principle balance is paid. Buying a 2nd building & carport this month and wont be using them. They are your typical predatory company much like payday advance places. Sleazy & crooked.

    If I could give zero stars I would. The shed itself is fine, but if you decide to not buy it outright from the location you purchase it from, you will get bent over and royally screwed. They charge a 3% “convenience fee” for every payment you make online or over the phone. I got my shed three months ago and called to pay it off before my 90 day window from date of delivery was up.. the dummy is spoke to “didn’t have the ability to view how much my payoff amount was” (riiiight) and told me that within 24 hours somebody will text me with my payoff quote. So I decided rather than waiting the 24 hours I would call the automated service and made a payment that I knew would be close to the total amount I owed, as I was certain they were going to be super sleezy with the “payoff quote” amount. I chose to pay $6800 I was charged a $204 dollar CONVENIENCE FEE! So that total came to $7004.00
    The next day I received my payoff quote via text, which was $537.06 and wouldn’t you know it, I got charged another convenience fee of $16.11 just for the privilege of using their automated payment service. This company is as slimy as a payday loan service. Just because you pay off the shed within the 90 day window does NOT mean you’re actually paying what you signed up for. They will screw you over any way they can. I highly recommend nobody EVER deal with scumbags like CB Rentals. If you’re buying a shed, make sure you pay for it in full the day you get it.
    And just an FYI, IF I had decided to just make the minimum monthly payments, with the insane amount of interest they charge, my $7,700 shed would have ended up costing me $13,670 after 35 payments. What a completely dishonest scam of a company. Shame on them. SHAME.
