  Titan tree services tried to cheat me out of 4500 dollars. They showed up without my knowledge and began to cutdown trees. One tree took all day, then the boss/owner showed up wanting me to pay for the job in full..he said his men would finish the job before dark. I told him I will not pay until the job was completed. He kept trying to get paid, finally he stormed off talking Spanish to his workers and fled out the gate of my residence. His workers started to cut down the second tree by delimbing,every piece was over 10foot long. They left the mess and didn’t show up the next day.I texted to the owner to find out when they would come back. I kept texting everyday until he finally responded tomorrow early morning. WELL, guess what, No show again now he won’t answer his phone or texts. As Far as I’m concerned he ABANDONED the job. No money is being paid to Titan. SO, beware of Titan Tree Service, there a complete SCAM!!! Little did the know I’m a retired law enforcement officer .

  I was skeptical after reading reviews here and ******. The service was a good chunk of my savings and I have been severely burned before. I told Joe all of my concerns. He’s a good salesman (being in sales my whole adult life I can appreciate it). I was truly going to say no, when he asked me for the opportunity to prove him wrong. He went on to explain that it IS a family business, local, things I was looking for unbeknownst to him. Then he explained that now (for reasons I won’t get into here) his wife ******** is the on-site foreman, checking details and making certain to be in communication with the client. That flipped the switch for me. Arrived timely, did the work they said they would do, cleaned up, and did my neighbor’s tree same day, as well as 2 others down the street. I’ll be asking Titan to come back to help with a landscaping job that will cost the same or more than the trees.

  April 24, 2023 @ approximately 2;00 pm When Adrian with Titan tree service came out this past Monday his team started work within an hour which was great. then on Tuesday morning they did maybe an hours work and left. I have contacted Adrian numerous times along with my next-door neighbor. who also used them for her tree service. they have not finished the job that they was hired to do at my home. Also, they tore the fence in shambles. My little dogs can get out now ?? my fence row looks like a war zone!!!!! Glad I didn’t pay for such a scam!!! Yes, absolutely nothing in writing whatsoever. ***** , my next door neighbor used them also. She is not happy because they still need to do some work at her home too!! I need to make an update regarding on Titan Tree Service. So, I don’t know that I would recommend Titan Tree Service anymore. They do not finish their job and are not dependable. Which saddens me greatly.

  Our Experience with Titan Tree Service..... We met with Jose on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Jose informed us that he will arrive the next business day to perform the job we discussed and even decided to do a little "extra" if we chose to do the job the very next day. On the following day his crew showed up at about 8 a.m., after their departure we noticed that the limbs towards the back fence was not cleaned and sprite cans, trash, and empty water bottles were strolled all over our yard, our neighbor's yard and in the street. It was a mere disrespect for our property!! Gum was stuck on our driveway in the carport area, where the crew rested to get away from the hot sun. He informed us that he and/or a member of his crew would return the next business day, July 10th to clean up their mess. We called 4 times and each time he assured us he or one of his crew members was coming. On our last call around 6 p.m., he informed me that he was in the emergency room with his daughter. Mind you, I am an understanding person and sympathize being with family, but he should've either informed us of that in the beginning or let us know he couldn't make it at all.... Simply put, he is NOT a man of his WORD. We are patiently waiting to see if our stumps will indeed be grinded. He has until July 31st to do so. On Saturday, July 11th at 10:30 a.m. Jose sent a message indicating his foreman will be here between 3 and 5 p.m. to clean the mess from 2 days earlier... He nor the member from his team showed up. Again, he is NOT a man of his WORD! When I called at 5:50 p.m., he wouldn't answer nor did he reply to my text message. Alas, after 7 p.m. a member from his team showed up unannounced to clean. We received no call or text letting us know when he'll be there. Communication means everything when doing business and he showed a total lack of respect of our time. He has yet to grind the stumps in our front and back yard.

  Came out in February, after ice storm, to trim 5 large oak trees, I'm my back yard. They left all the brush and limbs all over the back yard. After to many promises, and excuses, as of today, 6/15/2022 they have not returned. I am a 75 year old widow, with heart issues, I cannot clean it up myself, nor can afford to pay to have someone else clean up this mess.
