1 starVery disappointed in the follow-through from this dealership.
I spent a significant amount of money purchasing a ************* G-Wagon, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely underwhelming.
There were several issues throughout the process—missed callbacks, delays with paperwork and delivery—but what really stood out as unacceptable was the broken promise regarding the vehicle’s condition upon arrival. I was assured the vehicle would be delivered fully fueled and professionally cleaned. Neither of those things happened.
When I reached out, they apologized and promised to send $100 to cover the gas. That also never happened. And now, post-sale, they no longer respond to my messages.
This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is not what I expected, especially from a dealership representing a luxury brand. Very unfortunate experience.Review fromCE A

On August 23rd Friday I contacted Auto Collection in Murfreesboro Tennessee 806 Old Fort Parkway. Talking to sales representative I ask if they would be interested in buying my C8 2023 Corvette. They ask me to send info. I did and on Saturday August 24 they made electronic print by texting to me offer of $68,000 or $70,000 trade in on another vehicle. I told them I would get back with them. They were closed on Sunday August 25 I called first thing August 26 Monday morning.
We agreed $68,000 and we set appointment for Tuesday morning to meet and complete transaction. I was requested to send paperwork which I did. The appointment was for 9ish Tuesday August 27. When I arrived with the car the salesman stated that they had changed there minds and would only offer $64,000. This is bad business and customer relations and I was misled from what we had an agreement on.

hi. ****. we apologize for your negative experience. we buy 100s of cars per month . i spoke with our general manager and the options on the vehicles was not what we were looking for and trim model was a less expensive trim after inspection when you brought the car in person and they did inspection. so there was confusion on that and i truly apologize. the salesperson should have done a better job over phone but unfortunately that didn;t happen in your case. does not happen often. our team did not have any intention to mislead or waste your time. please contact me with any additional questions or concerns.
