      Great service. Quick to come out and very reasonably priced. Very thorough on what they did and suggest you do for future purposes. Offer lots of services as well to improve home if needed.

      i have put this off way too long, My heat went out this past winter and I was searching and searching for a reliable company to look at my unit while in ********* at Airways and Lamar the employee was sharing with another employee her satisfaction about the company that fixed her heater unit and I asked who that company was and she told me HILLRER' I called HILLER and they came out very professional, uniforms were nice and they were nice, they diagnosed my unit and made suggestions, Mr. Casey V****** the Project Manager came out and the rest is history. if you are looking for honesty, reliable, trustworthy and affordable company, Hiller is that company. I give hiller *****Stars.

      Service is reliable as far as promptness.
      Plumbing services are highly overpriced, I would look elsewhere.

      Hiller employees whom I have made contact with over the past 8 or 9 years, including reps and service techs have always been friendly, courteous,and competent.
      Techs arrive on time and are efficient at their job. They double check their work before they leave. They make you feel like family.
      This company is a keeper folks!

      I was inquiring about a gas tankless water heater and scheduled an appointment with Hiller as well as another company to provide an additional quote.
      I had already received a quote a few months earlier and was told that the quote was a good quote but he was still able to discuss different options and provided me with a lower quote.
      I contacted the other place that was going to provide an additional quote and cancelled that appointment. They reached out to me and asked me if I would be willing to let them try to beat the deal from Hiller, I was interested in hearing what he had to say UNTIL he decided to try to make their business look better by trying to belittle the competition.
      When Graydon came over he was very complementary of the competition as well as some of the people he knew at the other location that was scheduled for the next quote.
      Within all industries I truly believe that professionalism and customer service is just as important if not more important that the actual price itself (I mean, I don't remember what I spent for a hamburger last week, but I sure remember how I was treated).
      Kudos to Graydon and I will complete an additional review of the technicians once the job is complete.

      INSTALL REVIEW: The guys arrived here around 1PM and immediately got started.
      We had 3 installers working on removing the 19 year old tank water heater and and installing the new tankless water heater.
      The 3 guys are Thomas, Tyson, and Paul. They were professional, courteous, and just great personalities that provided amazing attention to detail with the install.
      They also checked the water pressure level as well as checked all the faucets for showers, bathtubs and sinks to ensure that everything was up and running prior to removal, clean up and making sure I was satisfied with everything.
      They definitely adhere to their slogan of "Happy you'll be or the service is free."

      Dustin W******* and Darell W****** installed an HVAC unit, including compressor and thermostat, in my home. Shannon visited the past Sat. and we fully discussed choices of units. I am so pleased with this entire experience. As always,Everything to the most minor detail was painstakingly completed. Again... THANK YOU! ??

      Mike K did an awesome job pulling our toilet and getting the ******* cap out of the drain system. By the way they were willing to come around 9PM that night the cap went into the toilet and got flushed but we waited until the next day. Professional, courteous, caring. Wore shoe covers, put floor saving material down, clean up his mess and we are back in business with our master bath toilet.
      We thank Mike K****** the service professional and Hiller for providing us with the service we received!
