I went to the little clinic in Thompsons Station with acute bronchitis on 9/25/24 The “doctor” Dale L**** would not give me an antibiotic that I needed and spent about 25 seconds advising me to quit smoking. They billed Medicare 45.00 for this nonsense. I disputed the charge on 1/24/25 and Kesha said it would be taken care of. Today, 4/22/25 I received a collection notice. I called the little clinic again and they said the provider disputed my claim! I reluctantly paid it and will never go there again. I will also inform Medicare of potential insurance fraud.

Was told this place did DOT physicals. I live in gallatin and in the past have driven to Franklin Kentucky to get my prior physicals done but that doctor had her certification lapse and was unable to renew. Went in to the little clinic 2/21/25 and was charged the $110 for dot physical renewal. I had primary care physician letter that certified that my condition was not a disability and have had zero problems in the past getting my clearance. I’ve been a commercial driver for over 10 years now. The doctor at the little clinic made a “personal decision” that she wasn’t going to honor my doctors letter of recommendation and decided to fail me. I wasn’t happy about it as I didn’t think you could overrule a doctors letter with a personal opinion but simply asked for a refund for my $110 and I would find another doctor to certify me. The front desk lady and the doctor absolutely REFUSED to reimburse me. Straight up stole my money and refused to give me a refund for services not rendered. Told me to contact my lawyer because they weren’t issuing a refund. How is this even a credited business?? How can you rob someone like this?? $110 might not be much to a doctor but for the blue collar trades every dollar counts. I’m absolutely devastated I just want my money back.

Honestly, I think what they are doing to me should be criminal. I went on September 26, 2024 and paid for my visit and medicine. A couple of weeks later they start sending me letters that I have an opening balance. How can I have an opening balance when I've already paid everything at my visit? If I owed money then they should have said something at my visit so I could have paid for it then, not reach out weeks later. Absolute scam

I was having running nose, sore throat and coughing, I went to the clinic on Morse Road in columbus Ohio on Friday 10/11/0224. The female nurse named Yolanda S**** took a swap of my nose and put it in a bottle of liquid and told me I didn't have the flu. She told me I have some kind of viral infection and prescribed me ******* ** *****-400 MG TAB. My weight is 170 lbs and the nurse is bigger than me, she told me not to take this medication while driving since it will make me drowsy. She said the medication even knocked her out. I took the medication as prescribed and stayed up all night on Friday, all day and night both on Saturday and Sunday. I did not want to go back because I was no longer trusted this clinic, they probably would have given me something else that would ended up killing me. I made the appointment and went in to see my doctor on Monday morning 10/14/24. My doctor prescribed me the Z pack, I felt better the same day. The nurse performed one lab test and I was charged for two of them.
      ***** INFLUENZA ASSAY W/OPTICAL TEST $40
      ***** INFLUENZA ASSAY W/OPTICAL TEST B $40
This is an intentional act of fraudulent to the patient by this nurse and the Little Clinic Organization. The representative from the Head office told me that they would revise the bill and charge me for only one lab test. I am sure they were caught red handed for fraudulent and blamed it on making the mistake. I am sure they have done this mistake frequently to the patients if we are not carefully looked at their bills. I am 66 years old and have had symptoms of this illness before and never been up three days after taking medications from my doctor. This incompetence nurse that liked to play doctor did not know what she was doing and charged me twice for a single lab work that she performed. My next step would be filling a law suit with the small claim court if this matter doesn't resolve in cancellation of the bill.

The Little clinic has ignored customer feedback/concern submitted on their system on 30September2024. The feedback that was submitted is as follows:
Received a flu shot at the Little Clinic adjacent to Pharmacy #25 at 11747 W Ken Caryl Av, Littleton, CO on 9/16/24. Chose that location because ****** website indicated the pharmacy was in-network so assumed the Little Clinic adjacent to the pharmacy was included. Based on receiving a denied claim from ****** it now appears there is no contractual relationship between the pharmacy and the clinic.
When I approached the Little Clinic receptionist today to inquire she first told me that ****** would cover the flu shot. When I informed her that ****** didn’t cover the shot she still maintained that it should be covered as preventative. After some discussion I asked if insurance coverage was checked before administering the shot and she responded “why would we?”. At that point I terminated the conversation and requested contact information for management. That request was denied and instead a generic phone number was provided. Anticipating a dead end with that approach I instead am submitting this Customer Comment.
After re-reading the fine print on the consent form it would appear I am stuck with the $120 bill but would submit to you that the signage in the store is deceptive advertising in that in addition to indicating “most insurance plans” are covered and the consent form indicating patients are responsible for denied claims the signage and the form should clearly state that insurance coverage is not even checked before providing a service and that the Little Clinic is not contractually associated with the Pharmacy.

I went to ****** Little Clinic in order to get a tuberculosis blood test. I asked the front desk nurse if they could draw blood for tuberculosis. The nurse said they could and charged me $166. I waited for more than two hours before finally seeing a doctor , but the doctor said they never draw blood for tuberculosis. Then he asked me to go to another testing agency (name). The total consultation took less than five minutes. Before leaving, they refund me $67. I specifically asked the doctor if I needed to pay again, and the answer was no. But when I arrived at the agency, I was told that I needed to pay another $300 to do the test I needed. In the end, I went to the shote nurse myself and spent $90 to do a tuberculosis blood test. Then I went back to ***** Little Clinic and asked for a refund of $99, but the clinic said no refund and asked me to call the company. When I first contacted the company, they said they would mail the check in three weeks. A month later, I didn't hear anything. I called the company again. A female operator of the company said that no fees would be refunded because the fee was for the 5-minute service provided by the doctor, including the doctor's online search for testing agencies and printing referral forms. But I did not use this service because the nurse who received me deceived me. The female operator allways avoided answering this question and kept emphasizing that the doctor provided the service, so whether the service was used or not, it would be charged. This incident was a joint fraud by the nurse at the front desk and the clinic, and the doctor was used as a fraud tool.

Refused to see me so I went home took a Covid test and showed positive within 3 minutes. I'm a high risk Covid patient as 1 I have asthma and 2 I vape. They were rude and snarky. The girl at the desk with the dark hair is always rude and constantly sits on a high horse like she's better than patients. I've never cared to learn her name due to the amount of respect she has given me but something really needs to be done about her attitude. I also had this appointment set since like 5:00 am so I drove 20 minutes at 4:00pm for them to then tell me they couldn't see me. the doctor came out and started yelling at me when I was rightfully upset, mind you I wasn't yelling at this point I was completely calm. Yes I raised my voice slightly but I felt horrible and she was being rude. I'm naturally a blunt person but I'm only blunt when pushed to a certain point. I'll hold in my thoughts about someone and take the disrespect only to a certain extent. Everytime I've seen this receptionist she has been rude and it's not just me she's rude to everyone Ive seen interact with her. I made the attempt to compromise, but I wasn't going to continue fighting it. I let that front desk lady know how I truly felt about her that day. I'm a give what I get kinda person and had never once been disrespectful to her up until this point. I hit my breaking point. This receptionist and doctor need to find a new field of work if this is how they care for patients.
      1) Rude
      2) Unprofessional
      3) could care less about your health
DO NOT GO HERE!!! The only good people there are doctors, the guy and the sweetest middle eastern lady . Everyone else is snarky rude and unprofessional.
Only request I have is an apology from both the doctor and the receptionist and I will return the favor even though it was fully deserved in my opinion. I will admit it was childish for yelling because it was. We’re adults, we should do better than this.

I made online appt for ***************** at **********************/11 with followup on 07/20 for ear wax removal. I provided all information online including Insurance information. When I arrived for appt. the black haired girl at the check-in desk kept my ID and Insurance Card in her hands examining them for **** minutes without saying a word to me. The next visit after going thru the online process the blonde haired girl, ***************************, at the check -in desk looked at my ID and Insurance Card and then demanded I fill out a lengthy health history form. I refused as ear wax removal, of which she was aware, and that information was not needed. She was insistent and threatened to call Security because of my refusal. She then demanded that I go into the exam room with her and that "we" would fill out the form "together. " The room of which she had told me previously that the PA and patient were in. I again refused. She then became even more aggressive and threatened me again to call Security. She then got on the phone, no Security arrived. I am a 75 year old woman who ambulates with a cane who was threatened, bullied, and harassed by an employee of Kroger. I will never go to a Clinic managed by Kroger for any need again.
