      My family will stop using the Little Clinic at ****** as you need to chase down their billing. I open up every single piece of mail that comes into this house as I shred all of our mail. I received an email from a collection agency for an outstanding bill for my daughter from 7/25/2021. We have been there since, my husband just in March of this year and have yet to receive a bill. Yesterday I spent 2.5 hours with an agent just to be hung up on as I was asking what the payment receipts I had in my emails were for as they give no detailed information. I requested a manager to call me back. Nancy H*** from OH was to call me back once she got out of a meeting at 4:00 est, I was advised of that at 1:20 est. No, phone call...not surprising as we don't receive anything from Little Clinic. I called this morning and yet another go around just to get Nancy H*** to call me back at 9:00 est. Doubt if she will call...doubt if I will get a bill for my husbands March visit.
      Also went for a Flu vaccine in Oct and never got a bill for that, but since I know that would be paid at 100%, I went to get that fixed with my insurance co. They are going to reprocess the claim. Your welcome Little Clinic of ******...maybe you have already turned me out for that non billing also.

      Above complainant, ********* ******* was called on 4/6, verified name and D.O.B. of the patient in question as well as recent note stating HIPAA authorization was given to speak to your mother, ********* *******.
      On behalf of The Little Clinic LLC., the complainant has been contacted and we believe the issue to be amicably resolved. We consider this complaint closed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

      I went in on Saturday for a scheduled appt and they wouldn't see me as they said the NP wasn't Medicaid licensed so I said I will just pay out of pocket. Refused! Yep! They wouldn't even take my money! lol Guessing they too can't get people to work. They make the same whether they have 2 or 20 patients in a day. Guessing they know how many people to make sure they see so they don't get in trouble? Yes contacting corporate which will do nothing!

      Disappointing. The discourteous service, rushed exams and lack of interest in patient well-being really shows.
      Unfortunately the little clinic has been on a steady decline for years.
