    Right after we set up our account with **********************. We called in and set up my husband as an authorized user on the account. My debit card was Compromise and we were unable to make a payment because of this. My husband called in and literally spoke with "Will" the sane person we talked to when we added him to the account to make an arrangement. Instead of following the instructions I gave that he agreed to, he instead chose to adopt a condinsending attitude, and refused access to a supervisor. Then locked the computer we are leasing from them. It's ridiculous to treat customers in this fashion. But No ********************** acts like they are doing me a favor.

    July 26th I purchased a computer they sent me one that was broken and wasn't close the the one I purchased now they have locked the ** and won't let me take my personal info off of it they are threatening me to take me to court

    On July 29, 2024, I applied for No Compromise Gaming, which advertises that they do not check credit, regardless of whether it's poor credit, bad credit, or no credit. However, despite their claim, they ran a soft pull on my credit and subsequently denied my application. This is false advertising and against the law. This issue needs to be resolved immediately, with appropriate compensation to me, or I will take legal action for false advertising.

    I wanted to purchase a computer thru there rent to own program. They told me I was approved up to ****** a month payments..I applied for the ** I wanted on Saturday 11/25/23 I waited till Monday and contacted them. Gave them everything they asked for and then proceeded to tell me I didn't qualify AFTER charging my card..so they charged me 300 dollars for the down payment..and then refused the order.

    Our website application terms state that we have the right to verify information supplied on the application. This customer could not provided any proof of their stated income and told us that their income was all cash. Since the customer could not provide proof of their income we chose to exercise our right to revoke the approval and we refunded the deposit the customer had placed.

    in sept 2023 the power supply blew in my computer and at the same time i was packing to move. I contact ******************** At NCG support about my computer and what has happened. On sept.21 they shipped out an box for me to shipped my computer. My landlord *************************** Stole the box and kept it in his Bug invasion Apt. for 3 weeks, the computer I send back did not have Bug in it. I did not check the box after i finally got it back from landlord after I called the cop. that was on me. But ending my lease for something I had no controlled in was unfair and refusing to talk to me to listen to my side was also unfair.. So I want an refund for the money i paid or My computer returned to me. ******************** has my number and still refused to call me back...So in closing Refund or Computer Back

    As the customer states in their complaint, the ** that they shipped back to us arrived with tons of roaches inside. These roaches had damaged the power supply of the equipment. We opted to terminate the lease because the customer had clearly not taken care of the ** as required in our lease agreement. According to the customer, the bug infestation came from their landlord, who took the box and kept it in their apartment for some time. I suggest that the customer take this matter up with their landlord who caused the damage to our equipment.

    You confirmed that your landlord wrongfully confiscated the package that we sent you, and this lead to a ***** infestation in the equipment that you were leasing from us. This happened while you were in possession of our equipment. WE did not cause your package to be confiscated. It did not become infested with roaches while it was in our possession. You need to take this up with your landlord.

    Failure to disclose full cost at check out. After taking my money they tell me there's a $110 fee for shipping. I cancel the order and STILL don't have my money back. The salesmen was utterly rude and rushed to get the deal signed. Still don't have my money back. I will be meeting with attorneys to discuss filing a lawsuit. Company seems like a good deal on their website until you actually talk to a staff member.

    I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I called AND emailed BEFORE I purchased to ensure the motherboard included a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 port. Over the phone I was advised that I had to email them. I emailed and **** responded saying that the motherboard does include a Thunderbolt 4 port. When I received the *** there is no Thunderbolt 4 port. I called in to Sales and Tech Support only to be told to "go buy an adapter bro" and email management again. This company doesn't even build PCs, they outsource through a 3rd Party in ********. They don't know about any of the components in their own PC's. DO business with them at your own risk.

    The sales representative that you spoke with did indeed provide incorrect information about the exact configuration of your system. I am so sorry that this happened - we are doing some additional training to make sure that all of our reps have the latest information regarding configurations. I see that our team has emailed you a couple of times with some options on how to resolve the issue but we have not heard back. We have sinced approved a $15 per month reduction in your payment  to compenstate for our error. Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.

    Well I was renting a computer by this company and o had lost my family in ******* several months ago and I had stayed down there for several months almost half year so I contacted the company saying hey I need to put a hold on this account they said we cant do that you need to return the equipment to us then we can do several months go pass I return back home I contacted the company saying hey I wanna start making payments on my account so I did and then I lost my job due to covid and stuff so I told them hey I wanna return the device and they said ok and I send off the device and asked then hey when I return the device will my account be cleared they said yes and today 12/19/2022 I contacted them saying hey I wanna do a rent to own computer and they told me I can because I have a pass due balance and I said how I returned the equipment and I havent heard anything else from then I want to get my account cleared or fixed because if my going to pay then the pass due balance then they can send me my computer

    This customer ended up significantly past due. He still owed several payments when he returned the ** and we agreed to not pursue the unpaid rental payments if he returned the equipment. That does not mean that we will lease to this customer again.

    Look guys, I'll remove the complaint if this gets handled properly. I'm glad I actually signed for my package, but heres the sich, I picked up a ***** NP8852N well over priced so I could make payments on it instead of buying it out right from you guys, this is a **** dollar laptop I'm spending **** dollars on IF I buy it out right, the fact it showed up today with more than 20 dead pixels (you guys obviously didnt do a dead pixel test) and temps that reach 100c as if the *** cant throttle down worth a ****, (I had to disable the turbo boost entirely) just to maintain temps long enough to test this machine even at any capacity. I feel robbed, I really don't want to have to deal with return shipping for a replacement- its insane that I purchased a dead pixel warranty and you guys sent obviously used hardware as brand new with more dead pixels than any monitor I've ever owned. If I send this laptop back it will be for a refund and I'll purchase directly through *****/Clevo myself.

    I had a CUSTOMIZED laptop from them, after a month or 2 the pc fried, they got the old one back and sent me a used pre-owned laptop, but still is charging me over 2500$ for it, i would like my price adjusted

    First of all I would like to once again apologize to the customer for the inconvenience of having to go through the process of returning their equipment for a repair. In this particular instance, we were able to swap the customer to a previously leased computer that had the exact same configuration as their original computer and is only 1 month older. Doing this is much much faster than waiting for the original equipment to be repaired. The vast majority of customers that we do this for don't care to swap back to their "original" equipment once it has been repaired because of the hassle. That being said, the original equipment has been repaired and we have it back in stock. If the customer would like to swap back to the original laptop we can make it happen. In fact, we reached out to him after receiving this complaint to let him know that was an option, but the customer has not responded to take us up on that offer. If he wishes to do so, please let us know so that we can set it up.
