  This company wanted an absurd amount of money totaling 5400 usd for one pc. I originally thought I owed 4000 usd. It's insane. I've been paying for this since November of 2023. I want to be done with it. It's now March 2025 4000 usd later. I've never missed a payment and I'm current. They simply aren't fair with pricing. I could have paid for 2 to 3 computers by the time I paid for just the 1 I bought from them. Im completely stressed out all the time and they do not care. I've reached out to management got no response. My suggestion to anyone who wants to do business with this company is DONT DO IT. If I had been smart enough I could have saved money up myself and went to a proper retailer instead of getting screwed over by this company. I feel scalped scammed and betrayed.

  Terrible customer service they lie to you and deceive you. The employees took turns lying to me until I got ahold of a manager who told me the truth, but followed with informing me that even though she COULD help, she WONT help. All of this was due to a misunderstanding between me and their illiterate employee who just barely speaks English. Everything was good up until then. Don't utilize their services go to ******* if you must lease one. I've heard amazing things about them, sure beats this dump of a service. If I could change 1 thing to make the place better, I would fire all management 1 by 1 and start hiring new people, training them myself to handle customer service. This way the old management can't taint their performance and your reviews. I love the pc but it isn't worth the stress. You hear people talking about the price, wait until you have to deal with their customer service. You can only contact management via email. Which is terrible as well. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Anywhere else I'm not trying promote one service over the other I'm just trying to help prevent people from making the same mistakes I made.

  This company consistently surpasses my expectations in every aspect - from placing orders to seeking product assistance and even through email communication. Their promptness in answering calls within a mere 20 seconds is simply mind-blowing. I hold this company dear to my heart, as they have consistently provided me with exceptional service for the past 6 years.
  In the wake of Covid, I have witnessed numerous businesses' customer service deteriorate. However, this company has remained unwaveringly outstanding, refusing to compromise on their excellence.
  Without a doubt, I will continue to rely on them for my gaming computer needs every few years.
  If you are in search of an exceptional computer and unparalleled customer service, this is the sole destination you should consider. Moreover, being a family-owned and operated small business adds to the reasons why I adore them.

  NCG goes above and beyond on there customer service everytime I call them they are always very helpful. And I really love the idea that they give you the option to have a no credit check payment plan as I don't have a very good credit rating.

  I've leased two custom devices through these guys and apart from the laptops battery life (my own doing for loading it down with higher spec parts then what its default is) both perform excellently. No issues with parts failing or anything of the sort. At the end of the contract you'd naturally be overpaying but you should expect high interest when leasing anything, and they have a 0 penalty buyout at anytime so I don't get why people agree to something and then complain about what they already knew and agreed to. If you want a PC and can't afford to buy one outright, go through these guys.

  This company ran two hard credit checks on me and my partner. The approved or less and took out money, then processed to cancel the leases.
  While I admit there was a clerical error on the first order as my girlfriend/partner and I are new to doing business together, we had overlooked our DBA which cause my name on her account to flag. We contacted the IRS the next morning to correct this. We were then told they could not do anything for us even though this had been approved. We are starting a charity original and this was too be a place to recommend other gamers and creators facing financial hardships. Run away from them

  My laptop is paid off in 6 weeks and the only composing I have is the battery won't hold a charge for a week even if not used. Otherwise it's all been smooth sailing. May have them build a desktop for me since I'm not that great at it myself

  Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company...run away. Unless you just like throwing your money away. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I recently had to send the computer in for repairs, which was totally my fault. I was worried and not trusting the company to keep the computer because; honestly, I was behind on my payments. But, I was promised by several people from the company that they had a 60 day hold. I had tracking information to show when they received it and I called when it was delivered. At first, they hesitated about lying that it was not received; until, I stated I had tracking info. Then, they had it 2 days and still had not even looked at it. I am still worried they are going to screw me over and felt I was getting runaround. So, I told them I would get a lawyer if they did not tell me something by end of day. So, they email stating that they had to take longer to look at and figure out. So, they chose to let me know me something after the fact. They literally got upset with me because I threatened a lawyer. The email stated they no longer wanted to do business with mem my account was being closed and no further communication would be preferred. In the meantime, they still have my almost $600 and the computer. They won't even talk to me to as why I can\t get the computer back or my money. At least, give me some of my money back. This company has a serious lack of customer service and communication. They legally broke a contract between me and their company, which is fraud.

  Stay away. They're liars and scammers. Upcharging like crazy on PCs with outdated components and constantly switching around their TOS. BBB needa shut you down.
