    If you return your product they won’t give you your money back. The agreement does not say they don’t issue refunds. Avoid this company.
    I’ve never missed a payment and I have the emails saying you refuse to give me back my money. I also have the email saying the laptop was returned to the company in the time requested. I don’t know how you can deny a refund based of shipping, maybe you should have paid for overnight shipping.

    Absolutely had a wonderful buying experience. I've called in multiple times, emailed several times, and every time, everyone I have spoken too have been so helpful, I'm so pleased. I bought from ********* (which was awful) this was the polar opposite.

    The salesman just wanted to rush through the loan. After stating a $110 shipping fee (which is NOT stated anywhere when preparing the order) I asked if they will cover it. After all, I was signing up to pay them over 5000 for the duration of the loan. He refused without ever discussed it. After I declined again to pay all he did was say your money will be refunded and then hung up. No attempt to work with the customer. I imagine if his managers knew of this exchange they would have discounted or assisted with the shipping in order to secure the deal. As someone that works in customer service I would never hire him. I would like to work with the company but the salesman that recieved my application does not seem to want to do the same.

    I got approved picked out pc started giving them my info and instantly they charged my credit card without my approval got approved 3 times waited fir emails to e sign never got them Said was not approved got phone call ssid was misunderstanding approved set up payment plan etc waited again for final email nothing called emailed 10 times called guy said they can't talk to me anymore hung up still waiting for my money I emailed agsin multiple times they emailed stated they won't answer me anymore and they said they refunded me but they lied still waiting for my money

    Your accounts approval was revoked due to multiple factors that led our team to believe that the application may be fraudulent. We have voided the authorization on your card and it will take a few days for your card issuer to remove the authorization from your card.

    Got a pc about 2 weeks ago from these guys and was very happy until I logged onto ****** and realized there was another account already logged in and had items in there cart and my contract say new pc and being charged a price of a new pc but if it's new how was someone logged into ****** already sounds to me like a breach or contract but when I call they make it seem like I don't know what I'm talking about and went on my pc and deleted the evidence but not before I took pictures and a recoding and all I'm asking is for used pc price and not the price of a new pc

    At first I was very happy with being able to have a computer with no credit and be able to pay monthly. The NoCompromise team was fantastic, customer support was fast and reliable, very helpful.
    Near the end of my contract, I was informed I am allowed to modify my pc. Which I wanted to do since I was sold a "customizable gaming desktop". After I upgraded some parts and became more Tech savvy, I realized I was scammed.
    They sold me a prebuilt ** Omen 30l. The thing with prebuilt Omen devices is they lock their motherboards. I will never be able to enable advanced memory speeds or edit any hardware profiles. Locking my performance at a set amount. Ive inquired about this on a couple of their social media accounts and my comments have since disappeared.
    There was never a time where they disclosed I was sold a prebuilt manufacturer locked computer.

    I recommend everyone go get their gaming computer and it’s them. I got a laptop and was told gonna take 2 weeks to be build and last then 4 days it was shipped and I got in in 3 days. The support is within mins with replying to all your questions needed and they assured me. I’m very excited and happy. I will definitely buy another computer from them again.

    This is a joke no do not trust this site for nothing they will lock you out of your computer that you put a payment though and luckily I had a computer I gave to my wife to use for work well I'll be going to cyber power PC or something else and building one

    NCG IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only did my computer get here 2 weeks early but the computer itself runs far better than i expected. Definitely recommend them to any and everyone! I will be using them for a monitor next!
