    Lotus Building Group left our job unfinished, kept money for things they never completed, did poor quality work, refused to provide invoices for multiple charges, had horrible communication & never wanted to take responsibility for mistakes. The original timeline they gave us was disregarded over and over again and it was many months delayed from our original discussion, never with any explanation.Just a few examples of the mess they left us with: They ruined our custom hardwood floors and refused to offer a solution to fix them. They broke our wood stove piping in our ceiling, tried to hide it and argued that it wasn't them, despite us having a video of them doing it right in front of us and still haven't fully reimbursed us for us having to hire someone to fix it, once it was determined it could have burned our house down. They completely messed up plumbing in both our ****************** that we have had to hire someone else to fix (no reimbursement for that either). They incorrectly installed our water softener so that water was leaking everywhere. We tried to get them to fix it, but they wouldn't respond so we had to pay for an emergency team to fix (again Lotus refused to take responsibility). They charged us for custom hardwood matched trim to our existing trim and then tried to install cheap ********** trim, before we caught it. They left expensive materials outside to get ruined in the weather that we had to move ourselves to save...I could go on and on with the amount of poor quality work they did. We've tried for months to resolve issues, but they continue to ignore us.

    This complaint contains false information and items previously unbeknownst to us, as this job was completed over a year ago.   This customer seems to be blackmailing for some type of financial recourse, and has violated the ****** Harassment policy, which we brought to the attention to our attorney.   After legal correspondence, this customer agreed to remove all online reviews, as they were false.  This seems to be the only one remaining but perhaps it remains because it first was flagged by BBB.  However, Lotus Building Group disagrees with the complainant (who self proclaims he be referred to at "Lord") and we have a signed legal document that they agreed to take down all reviews.  This signed document is in the hands of our company CEO and wasn't available in the 30 min window required above, but can certainly be provided on Monday if necessary.
