      This has to be the biggest rip off in the industry I truly don’t know how they stay in business. First time he sold me what they can’t do and I had to settle for less they wouldn’t lower my payment and then the customer service is the worst in the industry for sure claims would not go thru and they take weeks to fix anything. Don’t go with this company EVER

      The worst clearing house I have ever dealt with, Their support staff is like a dude that ghosts his date the next morning after prom since he got what he wanted. Inovalon will sell, sell , sell and when they get what they want they completely ghost you when you have a problem. I have had a case open on attachments for two months now and have submitted everything they have asked for with proof showing the insurance company has not received what I am paying for and no one will call or email you back. Don't even bother with them.

      I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. For several months, I’ve been battling unresolved billing issues and the failure to cancel my service, despite multiple requests. I have never used this service, yet I continue to be billed, and each attempt to rectify the situation has been met with empty promises.
      This ongoing issue is not just inconvenient; it's jeopardizing my financial stability. With plans to purchase a home, the unresolved billing is putting my credit at risk and causing significant stress. The lack of follow-through on promised cancellations and the continual billing are unacceptable and have serious implications for my future.
      I’ve seen others with similar complaints, which only underscores a troubling pattern of neglect. I urgently need this matter resolved to prevent further impact on my financial situation. I strongly urge potential customers to stay away. What will it take for this company to take responsibility and fix their mistakes? Immediate action is required to resolve this dire situation.

      Worst clearing house ever! Do not use. Whenever we called to see where our payment was, they would literally hang up, transfer us to another department or tell us to call the insurance company instead of helping us. We never saw payment the whole year we were with them. We paid for Nothing! When we asked to cancel, they kept charging us and did not cancel us. Now they keep hounding us for payment when we told them we cancelled. They are so unprofessional and absolutely horrible. I wouldn't even let my enemies sign up for them. Go with ANYONE else!

      Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You can't talk to a live person. You fill out a "support ticket" with assigned with a severity-level - and they still don't respond, or even update you about the issues. It has been 3 weeks I have the same issue with reports not generating, and they do not even respond back. Our business cannot function like this. When they can't resolve an issue, they "Send their apologies" -- but that's not an answer, if they don't know how to resolve an issue, they should credit my account. During the 3 weeks of radio silence, they made sure to send their monthly bill and seek payment -- but they aren't providing any services or resolving our current issues. Time to go with a new clearinghouse.

      Liars and scammers. Still waiting on $100 gift card that was promised several months ago, have called multiple times still keep getting the same stupid excuses. Don't waste your time with these clowns - I mostly blame my insurance co ****** **** for doing business with them in the first place.

      Our office used Inovalon clearinghouse/claims services for many years. Since our contract would be expiring soon, we decided to switch to a less expensive service. Calls and emails went unanswered until we were beyond the 60 day notice required to cancel the contract. At first they renewed the contract for a full year. After we showed proof that we had been trying to cancel for several months, they offered a two month contract extension as a "good will" gesture. We did not accept this offer and contacted an attorney. After speaking with a supervisor and presenting our documentation, the contract was canceled on the original January date. Thankfully, we removed the credit card from the automated payment system because they continued to bill for the additional months and added finance charges. Three months, countless phone calls and emails later, they are still sending a bill for a $5.54 finance charge.

      I signed up with ******* and had no concerns. Since Inovalon has taken over I no longer have my claims processed. Without my concept they automatically renewed my contract without my knowledge, and now will not let me out of the contract. In addition the refuse to fix the errors to their account so that I can get the services that I'm paying for

      Scam. They give you the run around to receive the 100$ gift card. Wish I had looked them up before giving them all my info! AVOID!!!!
