      My health insurance company used Inovalon (now known as "Complex Care Solutions") to do their annual wellness visits. I did one via zoom in June 2023. It is now Feb 2024 and I have not been sent the $100 gift card I was told I would receive within 90 days. They are shameless. No surprise there. I have no recourse but to wait, which is what they suggest I do.

      Waiting on $100 ******* gift card from nurse visit on 6/19/23. So many calls and the same song and dance bull. So fed up with lies. Government needs to shut them down. I will never do that again with a worthless promise of card. So stupidity wrong. Please change 1 star to 0.

      This company is fraudulent. Claims it is associated with ****** and promises $100 **** gift cards for completing health surveys. When gift cards are not received they tell you we will escalate the matter and to give them another 30 days. After that they tell you the same thing. Do not waste your time taking surveys or calling them. My rating would be 0 if I had the option.

      This company is a fraud and total scammers. I cannot believe the federal government hasn't stepped in and **** them down for their corrupt dealings yet.

      Inovalon has horrible customer service and has account managers who lie to clients. When I finally made the decision to leave them after almost 2 years of problems, they dodged my claims and emails for months and continued to charge my company for 3 more months. After the account manager had promised we would not have any more changes when we canceled because of all of the issues we had. Make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing with this company. They ripped my company off around 3300. That was around 4 months of charges from them that we didn't even use the service.

      DO NOT BELIEVE OR SIGN ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
      I GIVE THEM LESS THAN ZERO STARS. THIS COMPANY OPERATES LIKE SNAKE OIL SALESMEN. THEIR INSURANCE DISCOVERY PRODUCT DID NOT WORK. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT THERE IS SOMETHING DISHONEST WITH THEM WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO SIGN THE CONTRACT TO SEE HOW THE PRODUCT WORKED WITH MY COMPANY AND CLIENTS.
      THE INSURANCE DISCOVERY PRODUCT COULD NOT EVEN DISCOVER ANY OF MY CLIENTS OR THE OFFICE MANAGER AFTER PUTTING IN ALL THE INFO REQUESTED. THE ONBOARDING AGENT GOT ALL THE INFO SHE REQUESTED AND COULD NOT GET INSURANCE DISCOVERY TO WORK. THE TECH SUPPORT AGENT, SAID HE COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY HIM AND HIS SUPERVISORS AND THAT HIS SUPERVISOR SAID THE PRODUCT WORKED ONLY 20% OF THE TIME FOR SOME PEOPLE.
      THEY KNOW THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY BUT KEEP PEDDLING IT, AND HARRASSING YOU TO SIGN UP FOR MORE PRODUCTS.
      AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CONVERSATIONS AND EMAILED REQUESTED INFO TO THE SAME TECH SUPPORT GUY, TRYING TO FIX A PRODUCT THAT DIDN'T WORK, I OPTED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO A FEMALE AGENT WHO ASKED ME TO SEND MY REQUEST BY EMAIL. I DID AND GOT AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT EMAIL FROM INOVALON/ABILITY. THE SAME TECH SUPPORT GUY THEN MADE A NOTE THAT I WAS UNRESPONSIVE. CRAZY. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CONVERSATIONS & EMAIL BETWEEN HIM AND ME.
      THEY SAY THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL ME FOR ONE YEAR FOR A PRODUCT THAT DIDN'T WORK, FOR WHICH I REQUESTED A CANCELATION.
      THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOU AND KEEP CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER. IF YOU GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE THE INFO THEY GOT FROM YOU TO THE SUPERVISOR. NEXT TIME YOU CALL YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT ACCT MANAGER AND HAVE TO START OVER AGAIN. WHEN YOU TRY TO EMAIL THE NEW ACCT MANAGER, THEY REPLY THAT THEY ARE OUT OF THE OFFICE. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN-AROUND.
      IT'S A GAME TO FRUSTRATE YOU. THEY ARE AS DISHONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG. STARTING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO SIGN YOU UP, TECH SUPPORT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.

      I was told I was going to talk to someone about their services. Instead, I was signed for a 1 year contract for a service I don't need. I keep calling to talk to someone to cancel this contract and they never call me back. Horrible customer service and worst company to work with. Now I owe them over $700 for a service I don't and will never need.
