      I was told that my ******* Z-Fold 6 would be fix because it is still under warranty (8 months). I purchased and paid in full through ***********. It was a very expensive. Within weeks, the screen started flickering when I'm watching contents.
      The employee took my phone for technician inspection. All was good but they said needed to order the parts. Received a voice mail from Wess that "the parts is "on back order and my phone is covered under the manufacturer warranty". 3 weeks later, another guy called telling me they have parts and to come on in for repair.
      I went in the same day. Another employee asked what is going my phone after I told him that ****** called me to come in. Still, this dude wanted to know what was going with the phone. Dude then asked " how will you be paying for this"? He then took it into the back and told me " your phone has a dent here, so the warranty is now void". Dude tried to show the dent, I was like what, where? I didn't see it! How is it they didn't see it during the initial inspection?!?! Took my to another location.
      SHADY INDIVIDUAL at UBreakIFix MATTESON!!!!
      NEW LOCATION FOUND SCREEN LEAKING, BUT NO DENT!!!!!
      ALL GOOD, STILL UNDER WARRANTY!
      BUT BECAUSE IT IS THE SAME COMPANY, THEN SECOND LOCATION IN ORLAND PARK MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE WON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY BECAUSE MATTESON LOCATION REPORTED TO HIM THAT MY PHONE HAS A DENT. SO, LEARNED THAT THIS COMPANY WILL LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL ANYWAY THEY CAN!!!
      I'M SOL NOW AND ON DISABILITY!!! COULD LIFE BE BETTER?!?!

      I emailed them asking for a quote to fix my Airpods Pro because they stopped working right. They got back to me saying it’s better to buy new ones since the repair costs almost the same. Kinda disappointed, no repair done. Feels like planned obsolescence honestly.

      Absolutely horrible business. I do not understand how it is legal to operate the way this company operates. I’ve paid them monthly, I’ve paid the deductible, I’ve waited over a month and still have received nothing. No phone, no reimbursement check. I’ve been lied to several times. They simply take your money and tell you what you want to hear and you get nothing that you pay for.
      Buy ***** care or any other insurance. This is a scam and I know several other people who have been drug along and scammed until you just give up. SCAM !!!

      Don't waste your time. I was expecting a same day repair as advertised. At the moment I'm going on 5 days and the store has not finished replacing the back glass on my iphone 14.

      Basically it is to report two employees, one named Ana, this character changed her name, she answered very aggressively and hung up the phone, I made a second call, Valentina answers, supporting the previous one without solving the problem, and leaves me on hold, because of this type of characters, companies lose customers, they only cause discomfort and loss of time, this insurance is terrible I do not recommend it, never. It's terrible for solutions and has garbage employees.

      I repaired my phone three times at the Dysart location. There was nothing physically wrong with my phone and I still was going to be charged for a repair that should’ve been covered by the 1 year warranty. They will make any excuse to say the distributor won’t take back the screen. Anything from the tiniest smudge mark or small scratches that naturally occur. My phone screen would’ve even visibly allow the naked eye to see scratches. So being charged right off the bat is low and conniving. I hope you guys close down. This is a scam.

      I took our * *** to the store with directions to replace the battery.seemed simple I was told to pick the **** up Saturday ok.We called the store on Tuesday and we were told that the battery that they have at the store was defective and the can send the **** out to a different company at no additional charges so with that my wife and myself decided to take it to a reptutable repair place. We were informed the we must pay $64 to get our * *** returned of we questioned the fee and were told it was a diagnostic fee I asked if we told you the problem and how to fix it what exactly did you diagnose.After some ** about company policy I paid the fee and took the * *** this place should be put out of business and a fraud investigation by nys attorney should be started.

      I placed a mobile repair Friday night 1/1/2025 for Saturday 1/2/205 between 1pm-3pm. My phone screen was broken and left me unable to use my phone. I left notes to contact me at my store phone where I have a receptionist, 6 manages and 25 employees all able and ready to receive a phone call, including myself. I waited to reach out to customer support around 2:53pm and which time I was told they were attempting to contact the tech with no response. I shortly after received an email saying my repair was canceled. I called support back when an Individual named Chris informed me there was no notes for alternative contact. I left my store and went to the nearest UbreakIfix store in Turkey Creek, Knoxville Tn. The lady told me I had to place a repair for instore and I couldn't get it fixed today. I then went back to the store and found another store in the area that COULD fix my phone. I paid out of pocket for the repair $440 and called Asurion Monday morning at 9am requesting compensation minus my deductible. I was told by the Office of the CEO that per terms and conditions, they will not reimburse me (when they couldn't help me) and also that their technician indicated the phone could not be repaired through Asurion but was repairable through another store. So cautionary tale to anyone here wondering how Asurion treats their "valued customers", their insurance seems to be an absolute scam, and this is how they treat those said, "valued customers". 1.5 stars should be a clear indicator that this is not an A+ business, and I will never contribute another dime to these crooks.

      Called in desperation because I had a broken battery on my phone. Was so relieved to hear they had one. Person on the phone told me their store policy is that if you bring the phone in by 3:30, they guarantee same day fix, however because today is an "early day" they needed it there by 2:30. That was fine - I dropped everything and drove the 30+ minutes to the store. They went through the whole process which took at least 10 minutes only, at the very end, for the person to say they could not do a same day fix. When I told him they had told me on the phone that I was guaranteed same day fix if I brought it in by 2:30 and had gotten there at least 30 MINUTES before then, he had no sympathy. Told me it was too late. I told him I had driven far to get here and the person on the phone guaranteed same day fix, yet there was no compassion. Total waste of time and totally horrible customer service. Very disappointing.

      Here’s a condensed version of your complaint:
      I wish I could give uBreakiFix less than 1 star. The poor communication, lack of commitment, and subpar repair quality make it clear I won’t be returning. I brought my ** laptop for a cracked screen repair on August 6th. Initially quoted around $200 over the phone, I was later told it would actually cost $499. I agreed and left my computer, expecting it to be ready in a week.
      Three weeks passed with no updates, so I called. They said they were still waiting on the display part. After another week and a half with no response, I left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. Finally, I learned the display order had been canceled, and they had to reorder it. No one had informed me. I was told the repair would be done by September 11, but again, no call. Frustrated, I was ready to cancel the repair when I received a message on September 19 that it was ready.
      When I picked up my laptop on September 22, it was dirty. After asking them to clean it, I requested a discount due to the poor experience. I was offered just $20 off a $500 repair, which felt insulting. The employee promised a follow-up from the manager, but no one ever called.
      I’m leaving this review because of the lack of communication, poor service, and failure to follow through. I won’t be using their services again.
