      This company is very misleading. I had an extreme emergency and was paying 700 a month on my loan and my payoff is still 500 higher than what I borrowed. now at close to 800 a month I can pay that and more to ever lower the ********. Contacted several nonprofits for help and this company will not work with them. This was only due to emergency expenses for my son as I am a single father. I would just like to settle this and get some credit of past payments, I have probably paid of half what I borrowed by now

      Also, they mention the draws I took leading into the complaint. it was nbecessary because of the high payments. had to take drfats to help pay the payments

      Yes, it is correct that I understood the extrremely high rate they charge and what I accepted. once you sign for the line of credit you are never reminded again on how the fees rise on the billing cyxle, to me that is misleading. fees rise as use take more, but not told to look over it again. I was never reminded that out of a 800 dollar monthly payment only 100 with go to a ***** ********. I am awaite their reply, I was told they would look into optioons.
