Stay away from these people. They will scam you!!! I literally have submitted the same document (tax form) at least 50x in the last two days just for them to reject it without saying why. So I call them and they say it's because of such and such. I fix that error and they reject it again..it's such a vicious cycle, I'm done trying with them. Do not ever do business with these scammers. They just want to steal your identity.

I was approved for $1200, i got the money and used it as intended but when it came to refunding the money back i can't seem to able to reduce a significant potion of the principle amount. When i couldn't pay being a student and all the interest kept raacking up, can you believe i now owe them $2107. How did it get this bad. I barely think i can afford to pay that much, while im barely able to pay my own tuition fee. These guys aren't the best if you can't pay the whole money back in a single payment its all or nothing for them or you incure a 399% interest everyday on your principle amount.

AF sent not one, but two “pre-approved” letters (within 4 months) quoting I’ve been approved for $4,000. I’m not super desperate for the cash, but a few extra bucks wouldn’t hurt. I applied and was approved for $1,750 - less than what they originally told me in the letters. AF asked for additional documents, such as bank verification, 2 most recent paycheck stubs, and ID. I submitted all requested docs, and the site advised they’re reviewing and preparing my agreement to sign. Two hours later, I get an email regarding a decision. Turns out, AF declined my application due to a bank verification issue. When completing the bank verification, I logged into my online banking portal through AF’s system and it confirmed the verification was successful. I have a pretty good credit score, and I make decent money every month, so the denial doesn’t make sense to me. I honestly feel like AF is phishing for our personal information… After reading the REAL reviews, this loan rejection was a blessing in disguise. Advance Financial, you should be ashamed of yourself. Consumers, please find another way. I promise, your situation will get better. Just stay far away from Advance Financial! It looks like AF’s plan is to keep you debt. RUN!

I am happy and appreciate the service I received from Advance Financial 247. Their website was easy to navigate, allowing me to find the information I needed quickly. Every detail about their financial services is clearly outlined, making it easy for me to understand my options. I felt well-informed throughout the entire process, which is often a rarity in the financial sector. The night I was online searching for an emergency loan, Advance Financial 247 made an easy process for me to borrow what I needed.

This company consistently provides subpar customer service. Despite repeated assurances of timely follow-up, I have not received a call back from customer service representatives. Numerous text and email notifications have indicated approval, but I have been unable to withdraw the approved amount. I have submitted multiple copies of verification documentation, yet I have only received an answer almost a month later, confirming that I was not approved. The company appears to have a lack of competent representatives and insufficient management oversight. Consequently, I will never recommend this company to anyone, including friends, family, or even enemies.

This is the absolute worst company to deal with. I have been trying to access my line of credit for days now and all I need to do is change my phone number. Either I'm left on hold forever or I get to chat feature that says they cannot help me. I have sent several emails and received no response. I'm not asking for anything other than to change my phone number so that I can access my account. This company has zero customer service and cares none about their customer. On top of charging insane interest rates you can't get a hold of anybody and when you do they refuse to help. I want anybody considering doing business with this company to please reconsider.

I took out a loan for $1000 in the beginning of November. I have it set up on autopay and wasn’t really paying attention but then it became noticeable when my biweekly bill became $200. I went and looked at my account and every bill shows a “Required Principal Deduction” I’m not sure where that $15 goes every month but they have been adding my interest to my balance then in a way refinancing it every time I make a payment which means my principal balance that they charge interest on goes up! I started getting (owing) $1000 they skipped 3 weeks then took a half payment (autopay) which put my principal balance to $1032! (Interest capitalization= they add the amount of interest due to your principal balance) so every 2 weeks I owe more. They keep increasing my credit limit so they can charge me more without going over the loan amount. My biweekly bill started at $165.42 4 billing cycles later (2 months) my payment due is $192.32. As I stated before the original loan was for $1000 I haven’t borrowed any more and now I owe $1480! In 2 months they have added $480 to my principal! I don’t understand where my payments even go I pay $400+ a month, never take out any money and my bill increases $200 a month!?! Since they charge interest on the interest you only owe more and more!

I cannot get these people to answer or return calls. I cannot log into my account and there is no one to help with it. I just called my bank to have them stop payment until this is settled. Their phone options always lead back to the same place and are not valid. I.e. you can never get a real person. The “dial extension” numbers are also not valid. I can get the same name with different extensions. No one calls. I want the product the loan is for but cannot even make additional payments on the loan.

I paid off my account and they charged me interest for the two days it took for the bank to credit it on their end. Even though it clears my account immediately. All money paid goes on interest and only a dollar goes on principal.
