They fail to deliver the paper an average of one to two times a week. In filing a customer complaint, you cannot talk to a live person; only a recording. I usually call at least once a week, but with no results. Their customer service is none existent. VERY FRUSTRATING! If I could give them a minus rating on customer service, it would be a -5.

The Tennesean newspaper billing and subscription departments are thieves. I have been trying to cancel for the last two months. They keep lying to me on the phone and keep sending charges to my credit card. I finally had to claim fraud and get another card sent out. ***

I have been a daily Tennessean customer for about 60 years, however, lately I am not a "happy customer". I have not received a paper for the last three days in a row, and my last monthly account check was written for $75.01!!! I pay regularly and have had delivery problems in the past, but not like this! I am NOT pleased, yet I don't know what to do!
I have reported my paper not being delivered for the last two days - I let the first day go, as I chalked it up to the rain...then when the issue continued, I started reporting it. I have to dial the phone number, as my phone number is not recognized as having an account connected to it, and I have spoken to someone with an Asian accent each time. My account is then found by my delivery address and I am told the paper will be delivered...but that never happens!
I used to be able to report the non-delivery issue via email, but those days seem to be over. Each person I talk to is very polite and assures me the problem will be resolved, but nothing happens and I don't get a paper. Today I was told there was an issue with the paper itself, but that I would receive one by 1:30...it is now almost 2:30 and no paper has arrived!!!
I am very upset and confused about this whole problem! I don't know what to do and it seems to be an ongoing situation. HELP!!!
    Thank you, ****** *******

I have been a Tennessean customer for 35 years. Recently when my monthly rate doubled, I canceled. They called and said I could get a $15/month rate. Today I was billed $28.59 and was told it is my new rate, the 15 was a 2 month promotion. Was never told that. Was told I could not get it refunded. Also I am lucky if the paper is delivered more than twice a week. Thanks, *** *******

I only have the Wed. and Sunday papers delivered, but for the past 2 weeks I have not received one. I even had a chat with a cust rep and was told they would take care of the problem. That was laughable. Still did not get one today - 4/9/23. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ??? Does the Tennessean not want the customers anymore ?

trying to help my 96 year old mother lower her monthly rate which increased by 85% without notice. No help at all for a loyal subscriber of OVER 55 years. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. and no corporate executive office numbers to contact.

Ever since the Tennessean moved its printing from Nashville to Knoxville all.the news is 2 days and the delivery is worse than that. Out of the last 2 weeks I have been delivered a paper only on Thursdays and Fridays. This cooweek there no exception. No Sunday paper it’s seems to me that I could receive an email informing me of the lack of a paper delivery. If I was advising in the paper I would consider stopping my advertising because the Tennessean is not reaching the amount of people that they say they because of no delivery. If there was a rating below a ONE I would give them a rating below a one

Horrible customer service. I get my paper maybe 3 or 4 days a week and am not reimbursed for the ones not delivered. “Customer service “ is a recording and I can never talk to a local representative. Also it’s a poorly written with an abundance of articles espousing their predictability liberal “woke” views which do not reflect my own personal interests or values.I’m canceling today. Why does this horrible company still have an A+ BBB rating?

The business makes it incredibly difficult to cancel. Then, Customer service and billing did not provide me with cancellation confirmations when asked multiple times. I am still being charged for a monthly subscription when I’ve been asking for them to cancel for the past four months
