    The Tennessean delivery service is beyond awful. We have been life time subscribers. For over a year we have paid top dollar for a daily subscription. They say they no longer deliver on Saturdays and holidays. Almost everyday I had to have them credit our account for their failure to deliver to us. The carrier was given the code to come through the security gate at our apartments. That worked for 4 or 5 days. We mailed a check this week for over $70 to The Tennessean. This was after they had credited us for most of the month. Every day I was promised that they had corrected the issue delivery but still no paper. Yesterday I went on their chat line and got the same run around. No paper today. They have never told us why we were not getting the paper. We told them that we could not read it on line but they still suggested that. Today I attempted to cancel our subscription, on their chat line. I got no confirmation. So I don't know if I was successful or not. *********
