    Date of transaction -Dec 6th Agent name- ******** Filed dispute- Dec 29th Money was charged but NO airline ticket issued. The agent lied flight was canceled but it was overbooked and they tried to put on longer connection flight for another day. With a special needs child, they recommended not to travel and hence supposed to refund.Been several days no refund yet. Travel date was supposed to be 12/20. We lost hotel and car charges.We went thru a lot of hassle last minute no ticket was issued even day before as indicated in their email to ***** kid had a huge meltdown as we lost our holiday time and money.************ is the number for Fareoglobe as specified on the website

    On 4/24/2023 I thought I was calling Delta Air lines for tickets to St ******* for my wife and I. I was quoted an amount and gave my *********** credit card number to the individual I was speaking too in less than 24 hours i got a text from *********** denying an amount of $500 to and a business called fare sniffers, At this time this company texted me about the denial and I asked does Delta know what is going on then the person said I was getting a senior citizens discount . I told this person too cancel everthing. My credit card showed two entries for $ ******. I called *********** and disputed the amounts. They took them off my credit card and on 6/9/2023 they put those charges back on claiming delta said i never canceled. Through a number of phone calls i spoke too a person at Delta and in such words that this was a third party deal. I feel that this person from Fareoglobe or faresniffers mis represented themselves because I thought I was speaking too Delta the whole time I want these charges removed from my credit card. I filed a dispute with delta. I do not want Eticket as i was told by Delta too use by next april. I will have my Lawyer involved if need be i am a senior citizen on SS and pension $975.14 means alot too me I was taking my wife on a vacation after completing five rounds on chem therapy for lung cancer. I have no documentation except for the original ticket numbers which shows fareoglobe as agency the dates where 9/3/2023 to 9/10/2023

    The dates on the original complaint are wrong it should read 9/10/2023 to 9/17/2023
