      John’s team did a great job. Johns truck was being repaired so they didn’t have the large mower with them. They cut the whole yard with a push mower. They also trimmed the yard. No complaints here. Based on the other reviews I verified the amount agreed to matched my bank statement and they did.

      I agree that this service is a scam. The first person that mowed our lawn was to our liking and we paid him the agreed upon price. For some reason he was taken off our account and a new person was scheduled at an agreed upon price. The second person somehow submitted a higher price than what we agreed on and it went on my credit card and I couldn't get the charge off, The guy said he'd pay me the difference but never did. Par for the course these days. Stay away.

      Sorry for the inconvenience. I looked into your account and it showed that you received a confirmation email stating that your yard had been mowed. We send this notification to let homeowners know that they have 48 hours to approve or dispute the service and that their card will be charged. During this 48-hour period, homeowners can stop payment if the mowing was an error or fraudulent.

      I would never do business with these people again. My regular gardener was out of town so I ordered lawn service for the following week. My gardner than contacted me and said he was back so I went in and cancelled the service a few hours later.
      The following week someone came while I was at work and mowed the lawn then expected to be paid.
      I contacted support (four times) and nobody ever responded. I would never recommend this company. It's a scam with NO support whatseover.

      My complaint is similar to the one below. i tried to hire and then cancel a lawn service. They sent a text that they would be at my house on Sept. 18 - 20. I called to try and ge a more specific day and time but when I called they asked "Who is this?" I told them and asked them the same thing but they refused to answer my question. I did this several times and finally just told them to cancel the service. I wanted to be sure I was here the first time they came out. Since I though the service had been cancelled i went ahead and mowed what little green i had on Frida, 9/16. On Monday, 9/20 they clained they had done the service and that I hadn't cnaceled. From that point on all i received from them were text messages. I was home all day and never heard a mower, a knock or ring of the doorbell letting me know they were there. When I texted them this, i was told that they didn't want to bother me and that is why they had the app. He, Marc, sent me a picture of a beautiful green, grassy lawn! This would make me laugh if it hadened been so sad. The only green I have in my whole yard is nothing but weeds and only about 2 feet wide between the curb and tow of my trees. The picure couldn't be of my lawn! When I called Greenpal, i was told numerous times that I would have to contact the person who mowed my lawn! As stataed above, there was no solution to my problem after trying to get the problem resolved. I hope they don't plan on charging me again for no service. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and hopefully they can resloved the problem. I would also given them a 0 for the lack of service.

      If I could give a 0 I would! The contractor I hired never through their website never showed up. Then, I had to cut the lawn myself. Can you imagine my surprise when I get an email from Greenpal of a picture of the lawn that I MOWED telling me that I was going to be charged?! Then the contractor got upset with me for complaining to greenpal WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES I ORIGINALLY REACHED OUT TO FOR THE JOB. Needless to say I have text messages of this man now threatening to slap me and calling me all kind of vulgar names because I complained about being charged for work I DID! This company is a joke!

      You cannot trust them. They send the some construction company called ***** to do landscaping and it was terrible. We notify them and they simply didn't care.

      You sent the company ******************************** and they were terrible to deal with and asked for 3 times as much because i live in an upscale neighborhood. They than went on the web and reveal private information so our legal team has to file a lawsuit against GreenPal.

      There seems to be a little bit of confusion, so let me clarify.. the locally owned lawn care services you can hire with your GreenPal account are not our contractors nor do they work for me. They pay a small fee (about $1 per transaction) to offer their lawn services on the GreenPal website. With that being said.. I am not in personal communication with them and can't make them do anything. Basically ... Your GreenPal account helps you get bids, hire, schedule, and pay a local lawn care service. They set their own pricing, and I'm not able to offer any discounts or refunds. Any service-related issues will need to be worked out directly with the owner of the lawn service you hire. My job is to help by answering any questions about how you can use your GreenPal account to get bids, hire, schedule, and pay your local lawn care service ..sorry for any confusion. If you're not having any luck with your GreenPal account to get a lawn care service you like or that's in your price range, here are a few other websites like GreenPal that I recommend.

      Regardless, we counted on your representation and our legal team tells us that you should have screened companies better, It's your site and your advertising and we think the jury will feel the same. I further informed you but you didn't seem to care. One of the lawyers on the team even placed a bet that you are still sending them customers.
