    In December 2023; I answered a FB ad to advertise on MyBaseGuide to Military Families. I was contacted and was initiated the opportunity to offer my services to active military and veteran families. I created a couple of ads to give discounts to those who wanted the services I provided. My company provides credit repair, tax preparations, life insurance and notary services. All which the military offers their families on base at no cost. So I felt as if I was mislead with the presumption that I would get business from this site guide from military families in need of services. I contacted my team support for My Military Guide ***********************; who on a couple of meetings cancelled and we were not able to go over the numbers that their algorithm was saying that my site was receiving. I never received an inquiry or referral from the site. I have submitted all the information that I have to show my site visits. After my inquiry with them regarding my concerns about my numbers; I was not able to log back into my account with mybase guide to pull down the information that they reported. I tried to do a site comparason. But I will tell you this I received no traffic from this site, and generated no business.

    Happy to provide some clarity surrounding why this customer was not able to see their data when they logged in. This customer missed a owed payment for the services provided, and until the payment is up to date, the customer does not have access to the data if they are delinquent on agreed upon terms. Once payment is up to date, each customer is able to see the number of times someone has seen their and and how many individuals have interacted with their ads and visited their website to learn more about the business and use their services. The statement that the Client Success Manager canceled several meetings does not align with our practices and procedures. I would ask that this customer send any proof that they may have to show that we canceled scheduled meetings. The only reason we would not meet at a scheduled time is if a customer is not paying for the agreed upon services, so I would like to look deeper into that issue.
