These people (Ad Post/My Base Guide) are a scam, out to get people's money. They harass you to lock you into a contract where they are receiving payments, and you get nothing. This company solicited me for 4 years, after I explained to them over and over again that my company was a small business and could not afford their services at the time. They continued to contact me over a 3 year period. I was mislead that I should try their services to boost my business clientele, because it is geared for small business' like mine. Yeah, I found out us small business' are their target for the scam! The lady signed me up, made all these promises, but failed to keep any. I was informed after she signed me up that she was getting married and would be away for a few weeks, but someone would help walk me through the site, direct me how to use icons, track info, and some other things. I got none of this. If she knew she would be away, she should have offered to give me a call upon her return where she would be able to be more responsible in handling my case. Instead, she was only eager to sign me up to get my money. I was unable to access the site, I tried calling and no one was available. this went on for weeks. After I stopped my payment is when I heard from the company. I feel they voided their own contractual responsibilities, taking my money and nothing to assist me. I am still receiving correspondence from these people that I owe them money, and for what. Why would you keep "running my ad if you are not receiving payment?" Furthermore, I never received any inquiries from this "ad they were claimed to be running." Not 1!!! They claim I owe them over $4,000. My business is no longer active, we did not survive after Covid, so where do they expect me to get money to pay them for services never received? They are using the military as a front to scam people, someone needs to stop theses people. Terrible Customer Service and Terrible Support.
    Stay Away!
