    I PURCHASED SHEARS LAST MONDAY FOR MY DAUGHTER, I CALLED ON WEDNESDAY TO INFORM THIS COMPANY THEY HAD SOLD MY DAUGHTER USED SHEARS, I PROVIDED PICTURES, ******* FOR THE COMPANY WAS VERY RUDE, AND STATED THEY DO NOT SELL USED MERCHANDISE, BUT THE SHEARS THAT WERE SOLD TO MY DAUGHTER ARE CLEARLY USED. SHE SAID WE COULD EXCHANGE BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR OUR MONEY BACK PER THEIR POLICY, IF THEY SOLD HER A USED PRODUCT THE FIRST TIME, I CERTAINLY DO NOT TRUST THEM TO EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ONE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    So a retailer came to my school ********** ************** I put a 245 payment down for a set of two shears on September 9,2022 and another payment on September 16,2022 I called to cancel my order and decided I didn't want to receive the shears I ordered from her and requested refund of what I have already paid I have contacted them 4 times by phone and more by email my instructor has reached out to them and still have gotten no response the lady on the phone tells me the women who handles refunds and cancellations isn't in on two different occasion and that she won't be in till five and that she will contact me then no one ever did and then I call at five and they are closed by 4 so I was lied to many calls later and still no response from the women that supposedly takes care of these thing but I think they are trying to avoid my return because after 60 days you can't do anything else even if you haven't received the shears at that time all I requested was the money I've paid and if I have to pay a cancellation fee that was fine but can't get anything from the company without being lied to and given the run around I had one of them say they can't do a refund for a purchase from April when I sent my recent over message then her tone changed and I was blocked from ******** messaging this is my last straw I just want to stop payment on further payments and be paid back what I'm owed when the salesman told us we could receive a refund at anytime in the 60 days if we didn't want or like what we received I just want to cancel before I get them !!! As you can see the only email I have is of a payment confirmation

    The customer was respond to on September 22 by a message sent to the phone number on her invoice. She never responded to that message. The message simply states that all sales are final. The product is shipped after the balance is paid in full. She has had the product since April and comes up wanting a refund in September. She stated that she did not have her product but it was left with her the day of purchase and was put on a payment plan. She signed her invoice agreeing to the terms. We do not speak with the instructors because they are not involved in this process of her financials. That is strictly her responsibility and she should not have involved her. We will certainly will not be issuing a refund for a product she has had in her possession for 5 months.
