  This company is extremely shady with their billing methods. I contacted them the day of them billing me for an entire year, and they will not give me a refund. They said they sent a "ReMiNdEr" email that I'd be billed 2 months prior, but it is nowhere to be found in my email. This company is an absolute disgrace and everyone should stay away from them.

  A few days ago 247 Sports ran a year end 50% off promotion for their annual subscription that included ********* ****. This promotion is extremely misleading (ie a LIE) because the ********* **** subscription is NOT included UNTIL the promotional period expires and then ONLY IF you re-new your subscription for a second year at full price. 247 Sports needs to remove any reference to ********* **** being included with their promotions and/or CLEARLY state that ********* **** IS NOT INCLUDED at the promotional price. If the only way to get ********* **** is to pay full price then WHY is 247 Sports even mentioning it in their promotional advertising? Clearly they are being deceptive and to boot it all, they refuse to refund any monies once their scam is understood by the customer. Avoid this unscrupulous company.

  Have been unable to cancel my subscription. I cancelled my renewal in June, but they still charged my credit card in December. I reached out and was told per their terms and conditions they did not have to give me a refund as they sent an email notifying me of the renewal 45 days in advance (I have yet to find said email and they could not produce a copy).
  I have been going back and forth with various support staff as they try to close the ticket after each response.

  Same things as other users-
  Deceptive subscription practices where they won’t let you cancel after auto-renew, stating that their terms of service mention this. Who reads the terms of service these days? Come on.

  The company, 247SPORTS on 8/3/24 charged my checking account 113.31. I filled out their cancellation request within minutes of their e-mail, They denied my request. At no time did they notify me of the renewal amount or the expiration date, I had taken advantage of a free promotion a year prior. I have written e mails 3 times requesting a refund and also spke to a phone representative requesting the same. E mail response non responsive. Phone conversation with,Rep. Chrystal[?] said she would elevate to a decision maker. No response since then.
  The issue to me is simple. They are deceptive in their renewal and did not give me ample time to cancel a subscription I no longer want or see value. Bait/Switch to lock in customer.
  Your help seeking the return of my $113.31 ia appreciated.

  My experience here was a very terrible one. After I had made my second deposit I was blocked out. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated and giving up on my money when Mrs. H***** ***** came to my rescue and helped me out with the issue. I would have been in a big mess if I had not met Mrs. H***** ***** ( *******************  *  *  ****   *** ) personal email them privately. I wish to recommend Mrs. H***** to anyone in recovery of loss. She saves me and I believe She can also save others who have run into loss.

  I was banned for nothing and the site owner, Chris A*******, who would not even tell me why. I have a paid subscription to the website. Perhaps pettiness, being thin-skinned, and being rather power hungry is the reason, but I don't know. At a minimum I want a refund or I will pursue the matter through the BBB and other means. Incredibly disrespectful customer service and frankly, lac of maturity.

  Deceptive auto-renewal practices
  Company sent me an email in February that did not mention 247 Sports in the subject line reminding me of my subscription auto-renewal approaching in two months (something there is no way to cancel at the time of subscribing)
  I of course missed this email and on seeing a $110 charge from 247 sports appear on my credit card statement I reached out to cancel and receive a refund.
  I was told that they have a no refunds policy and received no help.
  They are clearly attempting to rake in as much money as possible from people who forgot they signed up for their service in the first place and should be avoided at all costs.
