      Called Homesteader back because of no response 11/22/24
      Was told they spoke with OQuinns and to call them.
      Was told by Shannon 11/22/24 at OQuinns that Homesteader will not repair the 3 doors.

      I am seeking help resolving this issue with the manufacturer.
      Will upload pics of damage and screenshots of texts.

      In reference to the complaint from Mr. ******** regarding Homesteader LLC *** ****** ***************** which references door issues. I have attached the owner information page, which fully details the unit, the dealer information and the retail consumer information. The presence of the consumer information proves that the Mr. ******** (or the dealer on his behalf) registered his warranty as required. A copy of our warranty declaration is attached that specifies what is covered by the Limited warranty. I have taken the liberty of highlighting the section that limits specific components to a period of one (1) year. Doors are included in that one (1) year limitation. The owner information indicates that the unit was retail purchased on 4/7/2022. The limited warranty for the doors expired on 4/7/2023. The customer service representative denied the claim in accordance with the Limited Warranty declarations for the unit. 

      Regardless of these facts in a good faith effort to support our dealer and retail customer our customer service agent will be reaching out to our dealer to work out an amiable solution.

      All repairs were made today. Thanks for the help with the manufacturer. It probably wouldn't have been possible without it.
