      The ******* mobile home park has had their pool closed now for the 3rd year in a row. The amenities that came along with the purchase of my home was one of the main reasons I decided to live here. Unfortunately we have not been able to enjoy the pool. There is a lot of false promises and we have been given the run around for the last 3 years. At this point it appears as if they use the pool to lure new residents into moving in or, they are not allowing us to use the pool because this is their way of saving money. This is very frustratiing and sad. I would like to know if the other yes communities have this same issue with their pools? If not, what are they doing different that they are not doing here? They say that kids jump over the fence and destroy the pool, they say that they are breaking the pumps, they say they have to order the parts and then have it has to be approved and pass inspection by the city. And they say that can take up to a whole year because the city is backed up. We need a resolution. This is very poor management. And neglect from the owners to keep their tenants/residents happy about where the chose to live. We have heard the same story over and over again. They also say their cameras are not working in order to catch the kids who are jumping the pool fence. Does this happen at the other yes community locations? Or just this one? And why?

      ******* ***** says we did damage to their property but we didnt. The only thing that needed to be fixed from us was a very small carpet in one room. Everything else was like this when we moved in. We asked for a year for them to fix our problems. They kept saying we were on the board and would get to us soon. They never did! Then they raised rent and still didnt fix anything! Raised rent a few times and never fixed any problems. There was safety concerns on the property that they refused to fix. After we moved they fixed all that we had said was wrong with the place when we moved in and then charged us for it. Hints the $8000 bill. Rent wad paid up when we left. We are getting scammed by this buissness and ive been fighting with them for 2 years but they keep changing management and i cant get ahold of anyone to help me anymore.

      This place has scammed lots of people and we are one of them. I moved out 4 months after moving in. my parents moved out 1 year after moving in.

      I paid my mobile home off in 8/2022 and still have not received a title and Everytime I go to the office they tell me they can not call the company they can only email them. Nothing has been done to get my title and now they want me to sign a new lease and pay more money which I refuse to do

      Possible Scam, I recently put a deposit on a home, and I've been told several different things since January detailing that it would take now several months to move in. They have my 1600.00, but have also told me that I would have to wait several months to get it back? So by the time I get my deposit back you'll just sell the house. The women in the office ***** and ******, are hard to reach, one will not speak for the other, everyone seems to be at their own risk. No one wants to actually try and help. Reached out to Yes Communities, still waiting on a reply, asked for the managers contact info in the site and was declined that information. So what is? A Joke, a Scam, will the house even be safe? Im pretty sure they are just lying to get your money
