      I'm currently paying a mortgage on our home and I've just found out that
      "Yescommunities" started a yearly hike in lot fees. I've been here for 4yrs and the only time the fee went up was when I signed the mortgage contract. Now I feel trapped. Like...pay up or lose everything. ??
      My question is simply this... 'What's the cap on lot fees?' My plan was to retire here, but I'll be ****** if I'm paying 1500 a month for lot fee by then.

      This company is full of crooks. They go out of their way to treat their trailer parks like **** Germany. They keep adding ridiculous rules and then raising the lot rent every single year. Even after the lot rent is raised, they do not offer mowing services to the home owners of the community. The renters however, get their grass mowed by a crew every week. i pay lot rent as well, why is my yard not a part of the mowing crew routine? They look for any way to make living there a miserable experience and I make sure to tell everyone I can that they should never live in a community owned by this company.
