  Our family truly enjoyed Lazy Bear Lodge. The view was fantasic. The game room was a big hit with our 3 teens and provided memorable family time in the evenings. We would definitely stay again.

  Absolutely beautiful!!! Already looking at future dates to return. 3 nights just wasn’t long enough. Was sure hard leaving…the cabin was beyond what we expected!!

  I wanted to stay here longer, 2 days isn’t long enough. I would make it my business for our group to come back whenever the snow hits the ground. Pictures look just their portrayed.

  I agree when I came down for vacation we stayed a week and it STILL wasn't enough time. So we had to move here LOL Thank you so much for staying with us and thank you for the awesome review

  Cockroach! ! Cockroach! Cockroach!
  I have never write a review at anything or any place before but this time it’s a must. This is unacceptable. This is a fraud. Fault advertising.
  I have rent. 4260 Round Top Way
  Sevierville TN37862. We arrived in early February 2023 . We discovered roaches upon arrival and saw them every day that we were there. It was something we tried to deal with, but when I was eating cake and saw a roach crawl out of it I was very grossed out and upset as you can imagine. This is not acceptable. This cabin should not be allowed to rent until the problem is fully resolved. I will pay $25 to report to better business bureau.

  Thank you so much for your review. I am not going to try and belittle you like you did our employee; there is enough angry and ugly in this world what I am going to say is that when you spoke to the manager, she told you on the phone because you never called to complain you told us about seeing a few roaches but not to worry about coming out to get them treated until after you leave. You also never said anything about anything being dirty, like sheets or anything.I understand about being upset about seeing them but not wanting to get anything done does not show me you were traumatized. I understand the cabin may have had a few and I am sorry about that but it is very normal in cold weather to see a few more pests indoors. I have gotten ahold of the bug people to go and retreat after they did their monthly spray of this cabin so thank you for letting us know but I don't see where it was needed to try and shame our employees on a national platform for doing their job and trying to explain that if you tell us not to come out then we won't come out.

  My girlfriend and I spent 4 nights at the unforgettable dreams cabin and it was infested with roaches. They said they sent out a maintenance technician but one never showed and nothing seemed to be done inside while we were gone. They have numerous reviews about mold, uncleanliness, extreme unprofessionalism, and offer 0 solutions for people. My girlfriend and I have brought roaches (past our best efforts) back to our house 5 hours away because of this company. I didn't want to take this any further, but another couple stayed in the same cabin on their honeymoon the same day we left upon further investigation. They posted plenty of pictures of the roaches in there even after I sprayed a whole bottle of roach spray. I didn't take any because I was trying to dispose of them as soon as I found them. This business should be dealt with from someone who can make a difference, because the customers have no way to right their wrong and are now out thousands of dollars. We never met a person and we're pretty much told that they notified us there would be bugs as it's in the mountains... roaches are a different story, I know plenty of people who live in the mountains, and I have visited for most of my life and have never seen a roach or so many roaches in one place. Please someone do something about them. I have email trails and everything.

  The owner of that cabin has their own cleaners and maintenance we informed that person about what you and the other guest had said and they assured us that it has been taken care of. I can say the whole time I have worked for this company this cabin has never had a problem so I am not sure why there is a problem now but I have been assured it has been taken care of.
