      Trence D***** is an honest, straight forward, knowledgeable contractor who is customer focused. I hired him to replace the roof, gutters, and fascia on my two story house. He explained the process, time frame, and what to expect and the on-site foreman kept me apprised of anything out of the ordinary encountered as the work progressed. His men absolutely knew what they were doing and, after the job was completed, they cleaned up everything so there was little trace of construction. The house looks great and we have already had several really hard rains with no issues. I’m super happy with the results and highly recommend Dunlap Roofing, Inc. I plan to use them again if the need arises.

      Very professional company. Owner came to my house in person to do an estimate for a new roof and to replace some damaged vinyl siding. Other companies did an estimate by looking at Google images. Roof looks good and I couldn’t even tell the roofers had been there because the clean up was excellent.

      We patiently waited for them to come start on our roof. The workers worked really hard and finished in a day and a half. It looked beautiful. Then in couple weeks they started on the gutters. And they looked great. Then in a week or so they worked on the siding. Again it looked beautiful too. We are so happy with the work they did. And I loved how they communicated well. They also did my daughters roof. Highly recommend. And prices are very reasonable
