      Dunlap Roofing installed a metal roof on a home we purchased a few years ago. We discovered the nails were rusting and called them out to look at it. The Owner of Dunlap Roofing told my husband he used the wrong screws on the roof and told us he would fix the issue. Turns out he only fixed less than half of the screws. We recently had a tree fall on our home and 3 metal roofing companies told us that our roof had the wrong screws in multiple places. I called 5 times before the Owner finally called me back. I told him he needed to make this right and he informed me that this is a maintenance issue. I've been in the construction industry for 30 years and I know this is NOT a maintenance issue. He already admitted he used the wrong screws. I will be taking them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

      Dunlap Roofing replaced my roof, gutters and siding that was storm damaged. They are the best in this area. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

      Dunlap Roofing of Pleasant View, TN did an excellent job replacing the roof on our residence. The crew worked steady and hard and from delivery of materials to clean up it was a great experience.
