      Bought their stoves (more than 1). Was told they would give me the parts missing that they promised to send out in a few days. They never sent it. Said the next time I called that they will not honor their word to send me the parts. Told me I had to buy it. Got pissed off and sent them back for a refund. Waste of time dealing with a company that doesn't keep their promises to make a customer whole. After weeks of dealing with their crap, I am now freezing in my home. Thanks for being jerks. I will never buy your products again, and I will let everyone I know, and every group I'm in online know my experience, and encourage them to buy from someone else.

      I bought the model 5517-p was about $1500 then another $1000 for the piping.
      I put it in yesterday brand new. And can not run it over the number two settings or it shuts off and gives an e1 code. The settings will go up to 5 and I can't run it over 2. I'm so pissed off it makes me sick. I will never buy a pellet or wood stove from united states stove company again. This is the vmbiggest piece of crap I have ever purchased. And it will not even heat the house up. And it's the only heat source we have. If I could I would sue united states stove company for their whole frikin business. Winter is just around the corner and it's getting pretty cold already. Have no money to just go buy a good stove. I hate that company with a passion. If I was you I would buy elsewhere.

      The stove we got is the biggest pain in the *** I’ve ever had in my life I’d rather go back to a woodstove. We’ve had nothing but problems since we got it a year and a half ago two years ago we replaced both fans twice it constantly errors can hardly keep it running overnight when it’s 10 below outside and I have a young man trying to beat cancer and I have my grandkids in the house and never know if I’m gonna be able to keep it warm or Not, I’ve got hurt issues. My fiancé’s got hurt issues and all we have is problems with us thing now we got a replace these little gaskets on the outside that they want $35 for a ******* gasket ridiculous plus shipping and handling the stove is been nothing but a pain in my ***. All I wanna do is throw it out , but we spent a lot of hard earned money on it and can’t afford to buy another one right now I’m out of work because of my health issues and my fiancé is the only one working and we’re up half the night trying to keep this **** stove running it’s ridiculous. We’ve cleaned every nook and cranny in it every ******* week , every day we clean out the burn pots and all that and everything else that we can every single day and I still don’t wanna run. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. All I want is a good running stove that will keep me warm. . This is absolutely insane and ridiculous to have to put up with us after spending **** near $2500 on a ******** stove you would think doing the maintenance the way we do it would last for more than two years I want some kind of action resolve from this.

      We have a KP130 pellet stove we bought from out local tractor supply in January 2019. Have have not have many issues with our stove until last March when the auger and auger motor broke and this season we have had issues with the exhaust fan but it is probably because we have not been preforming the proper yearly and monthy maintenance that we should have been. The auger broke from being clogged from inadequate cleaning and the auger motor broke only due to us putting it together wrong. Embarrassingly we have never preformed the maintainance needed for the exhaust system and the fan began throwing an error code and eventually started making a whining/grinding noise. Everytime I have called asking for a part I was sent to technical support first to verify what was going on and what we needed. The technical support team has always been wonderful and have offered solution after solution to fix the problem with the exhaust system before we actually replaced the $400 fan. They also expressed many times how they did not want us replacing such an expensive part if it wasn't absolutely necessary. They gave specific intructions in how to do each step. Each person I talked to was very friendly, kind, and made sure I knew I could call whenever we had questions or concerns without feeling like I was a burden or a waste of time, especially since the issues have been user error. They even were able to give some insight why I wasn't able to find the parts on their website at this time.

      I would like to get this resolved and Have the Customer call back in to out claims department to get a resolution to the problem. we can replace the unit with a new one if it cannot be repaired. I would also like to speak know who the customer was talking to so io can go back and track the phone call and claim for me to see where the issue in house that made such a bad experience for the customer.       Got a pellet stove in October it failed in Mid December I made several call’s finally sent an auger motor took a full week not the problem back to the phone no help. They have no technician I can reach out to and I have a 1000 dollar piece of junk now

      Have made multiple attempts to reach a resolution have not received any response. I have left voicemails no response no reply to emails either. To restate I have a 1000 dollar investment that is junk

      I have been dealing with us stove for months now through one of their distributors ******** ******. Us stove has not givin them an answer on my order and I’ve been told for months my order will ship the following Friday and it never does. The wood stove I currently have is the main source of heating in my home. And it seems us stove can’t give me any eta on my expensive order I placed. I placed this order back in September. It almost seems like I have been scammed out of my money. I have contact customer service from both companies and mountain hearth seems to always be trying thier best to get an answer from us stove company. But they will not respond. This is very upsetting.

      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
      THE WORST PRODUCTS.
      Engineer and a supervisor tried telling me that a hole in the flew connector is OK. Send 3 different units all have holes and nothing but excuses come from them. Trash products.

      This unit is designed and tested to all UL standards and the NFPA 211 and the holes you re rereferring to are supposed to be in this unit and we have over 10,000 of these in field and they work flawless. If the customer is unhappy with the unit, he can return for a full refund even after he has 3 of them in his possession. again, this unit is tested and approved by stringent guidelines by the UL. if you are unhappy please return to place of purchase for refund.

      Worst stove ever. Even worse customer service. The door pops open after being latched. This stove is dangerous. We have heated with wood for 30 years and never have had this problem.

      I bought a pellet stove from a big box retailer and it was on clearance. Purchase was made January 2022 and it had been home to mice in the warehouse I guess. Well U.S.Stove Co sent me a wiring harness, a new control board and ultimately a new motherboard. I made calls at LEAST monthly until now. Nov. 22, 2022 nearly a YEAR later I have successfully completed making the stove I bought work properly. I spoke with so many girls there that I can only say thanks to the ones I remember names to, Alex, Tracey, Kylie, Theresa, the list is much longer but those are ones I remember. I can’t say enough about how well the company trains the employees because they ALWAYS had the solution the the many problems my purchase came with. Anyway I couldn’t say enough about how much help this company was to my success with heating my tiny house with wood pellets.
