      Bought the woodstove that had the ash pan underneath the stove so we didn’t have to sweep out ash inside the stove. But that’s then scam. The ash pan is only a pan to place the ashes after you scoop them out of stove. No ashes fall down into ash pan. It’s very deceptive and I angry that this company scammed us. NEVER buy from this company.
      We spent a lot of money on a stove that we have to let fire die out with no live coals left. Then we can scoop out ash and restart a fire. They totally scammed us. We called customer service and asked them where the ash was supposed to fall down into ash pan. We were perplexed. We were told Ohhh no you have to scoop it out and then put it into ash pan. How stupid!

      I honestly thought that customer service never existed anymore until I had to deal with the Customer Service from US Stove Company. The lady, Crystal * C*****, actually worked in the service dept. and she still took care of my complaint, took care of refund and just went above and beyond to service my complaint.
      Very pleased with the way I was treated, and I absolutely love my US Stove wood burner!..Thank you!

      10 month old stove, burnt up the igniter. Called tech service, they know less than I do about the stove. Wanted to know what voltage was going to the igniter. Ok reasonable, I stated it was 123 volts on my tester. That's why it burnt up, she stated. Um, miss, that's within standard household wiring specs... plus every tester is a little different. At that point she got snotty. Well I need a picture of your receipt. Fine sent that. Well I need a picture of the outlet it's plugged in to. Really? It looks like every other outlet in the US. Which must be putting out 120 volts which the stove was sending to the igniter. Don't go there. I tested the leads again, for 12 minutes, until the stove didn't sense fire and shut the auger off. Didn't change. 120 volts. But, doing research, all your replacement igniters come with male connector on leads. Mine has female. Two, I checked several other parts on this stove. They don't match to the model number. In fact, this model isn't on the list for stoves you sell. Soooo, is it a returned stove, reconditioned and sold in different outlets at a cheaper price.??? When I asked the person I was dealing with that question, they sent a part immediately.
      Gave order number, but no tracking. I have no idea when I might see it. Asked for one in email, no response. Must have hit a nerve finding out their MODIS operandi. Re sell returned stove through, *** ******** or ****** ******* or **** ***** etc.... Rewire stuff, maybe a different part from a discontinued stove... can't eat that inventory. Give them a year limited warranty. A hard time if they call, or make them deal with company they bought it from. Which it isn't their problem. They just sell US stove company junk.
      So I'm going to try one more time to replace a part. Then start a warranty refund with ***. Though I don't want to. They took the order. Gave a great deal, and had it in just a few days. Far better than the seller of Chinese garbage .

      US Stove has went above & beyond excellent customer service getting me a stove to my Alaska home. I am highly impressed with this company & there product the US1269E wood stove. I received a damaged one & they replaced it immediately with expedited shipping. Jessie in customer service that you work with does an excellent job with care & kindness! Very satisfied customer.
