  We are dealing with a leaking roof they have been here 3 times trying to fix it and it’s still leaking as of today!! We won’t our roof fixed we still have a warranty under them but they’re not fixing our roof properly. What can we do?? We paid $290k for our house and we should not have all these problems that we have to deal with now!!

  Derek at Summertown has done an amazing job building our house. From the first contact until completion the communication has been great, I have spoke with 7-8 different employees in different departments and everyone of them were very polite and knowledgeable. Everytime I called they answered immediately. Derek has followed thru with his word from start to finish.
  The company seems to be well organized with all of the different departments working together seamlessly.
  Materials were all amazing quality and the subcontractors did an amazing job and were very knowledgeable and quick.
  The framing crew reached out to us and offered to make any last minute changes and told us to let them know if we had any questions or concerns about anything.
  The metal crew was also very communicative and knowledgeable.
  Overall, I would recommend Summertown Metals to anyone looking to build a house/barndominium. I have no complaints whatsoever with the company.

  I was sent the wrong material for my building and was told they have no idea if I can get an exchange for the correct material required. So I’m left with $1200.00 worth of material I can’t use.

  From the beginning every facet of the job from purchasing to constructing my building was
  orchestrated with expert coordination and quality materials and workmanship.

  Happy Happy Customer!!! SummerTown Metals was awesome! Great experience highly recommended, will use them for anything I need done in the future! My sales rep Seth was the best, not pushy and very helpful and worked with me on everything!! Delivery was very timely and went smooth! Milguel and his crew on the construction side hands down the best!!! Great communication, great time frame. Awesome work, and Fast!! And left the job site very neat! Not a screw left on the ground! Overall the best experience!!!

  I recently had a 30x30 building built by Summertown and I couldn't be more impressed by the results. I spoke with Seth and his team and explained exactly what I needed that would fit my budget. He provided several different options based on what I wanted. I already had a pad poured but they were willing to do that as well. They worked hand in hand with the city to follow city ordinance and complied with all requests with no problems. All materials were perfect an delivered on time and the team they contracted out were professional and courteous. The building was finished in 3 days. And the garage doors were installed the next week. They took all the guess work and problems out of the equation and made this a simple choice for me. I can't say enough how greatful I am that there is a buisness like Summertown that I could rely on. They made my dream building a reality! I bought a special order garage door in the past and decided to use them again for this project. I sure am glad I did. They stay busy and there is a reason for that. In my opinion they are the best around.

  I absolutely love my new Garage. The process was somewhat simple. Very cost effective option in my opinion. My 30x40x10 garage was just under $30,000 including concrete. The garage can be completely custom to a point. I only have a couple minor complaints. For a first time buyer, i feel that the communication was lacking from the sales team. Once the sale is completed, there is some information that I would liked to have known. But that wasn't a very big issue to me. I just look at as I learned something new.
  I did have a major lack of communication with the concrete team as far as scheduling and return visits to finish up. I wasnt given a firm date for a couple weeks, and when they did show up, none of the gentleman spoke english. The team lead, or the supervisor/foreman never showed up. It made it difficult to communicate. He also stated he had no cell service at times and also admitted that he forgot to tell me when I was scheduled. I also wasnt told that they had to come back and cut grooves into the concrete, and i had already started moving into the garage at that point. So needless to say, many of my items are covered in dust. The concrete team also left numerous water/drink bottles and other trash behind. So in short, the concrete crew was very unprofessional, and i wouldnt use them again.
  But, The actual garage builders (Kevin W*****) were amazing. They built my garage as they were building there own. They cleaned up after themselves and were very personable and friendly. I would definitely use them for future projects
  Overall, I had a good experience but the concrete crew and communication issues drop this score to a 4. I have and will continue to refer Summertown to family and friends.

  STM Contracting is amazing. Billy was our lead manager. He's amazing! Always on call, always has an answer, makes every customer a priority. Even on his off time. Chuck was our customer service coordinator and got our orders going. Kortney, Robin, and Summer are the go to ladies to keep your ship afloat, contracts, payments, customer service, anything. Every single one of these people are there for you anytime, no matter how big or small your need, your question, or your issue is.
  Abel and his framing crew are absolutely great. Very good at their jobs! This is one ******* cut up house, and they had to build it. Mickey, my metal siding guy, his crew is beyond great, very detailed. Made sure everything looked great and trimmed out for added flair. Jorge and his crew did the roof, I don't envy them for nothing having to get up there and do that cut up thing. Hector did the rock around the foundation, matches great. Paul did my doors and windows, and was complimented on how good they were done by the codes guy.
  Obviously the house is still under construction so pictures aren't magazine ready, but everything looks great and it's well built. Also to note, I have an adorable matching pump house.
  All in all I could go on forever, I can not say enough good things about my crew! I miss y'all and can't wait for the chance chance to work together again!

  I HAD A BUILDING INSTALLED FROM SUMMERTOWN METALS . THEY WAS CONTRACTED TO DO FROM START TO FINISH AND THE BUILDING IS GOOD . THIS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM BEGINS THE CONCRETE IS CRACKED IN 1 SPOT 16 FEET LONG AND HAS ABOUT A 3/8 OF A INCH GAP THEY LOOKED AT THE GROUND AND SAID ALL THEY NEEDED WAS GRAVEL TO FILL IN A FEW AREAS . I CALLED THEM TOOK THEM 4 WEEKS TO GET BACK WITH ME THEN ANOTHER 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP . THEN HE SAYS GIVE ME A FEW DAYS I WILL GET BACK WITH YOU THAT DID NOT HAPPEN . TALKED TO ANOTHER GUY HE CAME OUT AND SAID I WILL TALK TO MY BOSS & 2 WEEKS GOES BYE HAD TO CALL BACK HE SAID THAT THEY DID NOTHING WRONG . FUNNY THING THERE HAS NOT EVEN BEEN ANYTHING INSIDE OF THE SHOP . STILL BUILDING THE BATHROOM ON THE OTHER SIDE . THE OWNER SON SAID THAT IF I HAD PROOF WHERE THE LAND WAS PREPED AND GAURENTEED HE WOULD COVER IT AND HE WAS A REAL ****. MY BROTHER IN LAW HAD THEM BUILD HIM A SHOP BUT DID NOT LET THEM DO HIS CONCRETE WORK .. SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR CONCRETE WORK . THEY ARE REAL NICE UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID EVERYTHING AND THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM . THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE .

  Horrible customer service, flippant disregard to concerns, disrespectful contractors topped with poor quality and craftsmanship. Avoid at all cost. Contractors left behind their beer cans. I have a camera on the property and certain they drank while "working". Didn't finish the job and seem unwilling to complete it.
