In this case, I must rate Lone Star Car Transportation higher because they provided good and fair service. They provided me with a quote and they stuck with the quote. They estimated when the car would be picked up and the estimate was correct. They give me a window when the car would be delivered and they best that date. They did a good job. The driver was impressive and eager to do a good job. All I needed to do was work with them and trust the process.Lone Star Car Transportation

This company was terrific to work with! I called them on Monday morning. By that afternoon, the vehicle was picked up, and within 24hrs, it was in my driveway! The driver was professional, courteous, and cared about his job, performance, and the customers!Lone Star Car Transportation

I would thank Dana for the great Customer Service she provided. The team there at Lone Star Transport are "AWESOME"! I dropped my vehicle off at LST on Tuesday Jan 17, 2023, in Abilene, TX. I had no real expectations of it getting to my mother's house in Campobello, SC until the end of the month. I held off telling her it was in transit to spare myself the daily phone calls from her, wanting to know when it would arrive (she's been without a working car 4months. So I called her on Sunday jan25, 2023 to tell her it was in transit. She answered the phone, "IT'S HERE, IT'S HERE!" She was so excited and surprised. So was I. The car got there a lot sooner than I had expected. You made an elderly woman and her son very happy. Thank you so much, ***** team and the drivers that made it happen. DHLone Star Car Transportation

I am 77 years old and this is my first online review of a service provider. The reason for this omission was that it never seemed worth my time until my recent experience of arranging shipment of my car from Burlington VT to Houston. Several friends suggested brokers to contact which I did, only to learn after signing the contract that a driver could not be found during the contracted pick up time, due perhaps to the (out of there way?) location of my vehicle in Vermont or the lack of a network of drivers the broker could call upon. I was ready to give up shipping my car but a week before my flight to Houston I called Lone Star Car Transportation who had an A+ rating and consistently excellent reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. The staff at Lone Star said they understood my time constraints and would do what was needed to find a driver which they did within a matter of days, but I was still under contract with another broker who asked me to wait another 24 hours and pay a driver bonus for a more rapid pickup. I agreed, but no driver could be found and I cancelled the (now expired) contract before calling back Lone Star and asking if they could try and find another driver before I departed by air for Houston the next day. They said they would keep me updated on the status of their search which they did and by the next Tuesday morning Lone Star had found a driver who picked up the car at the appointed time and location and delivered it 7 days later to my home in Houston. The process of working with the Lone Star staff was highly efficient and completely painless and my only regret is that I did not know about them before wasting time dealing with other brokers who could not satisfy my car shipping needs in a timely manner. Next time I will not make the same mistake and I am writing this review with the hope that others will take my advice and start with contacting Lone Star Car Transportation if they have need for a car transport company. I researched 11 transport companies, several times to be sure my information was correct. Lone Star was the only company that would answer me directly on the phone & answer all my questions before asking me to make an agreement. So many companies had terrible records. Lone Star stood out because theirs was stellar. I called several times & they were always gracious & never acted bothered by my questions. **** was wonderful & it was very reassuring to speak to the same person each time. They said that the quote up front would be the final price & it was. Theirs was not the lowest quote I received but the one I was most confident accepting. The driver who picked up my car was very careful loading it & securing it. Everything proceeded exactly as they said it would. When I called & was concerned because the delivery seemed to be running late, their immediate concern was reassuring & in a very short while **** called me with an update & an explanation. My car was delivered without a scratch. Absolutely great service. They are highly recommended.Lone Star Car Transportation
