    Had work done on our house a year ago and now one of the areas they worked on isn't holding up and said we would have a lifetime warranty. I call to get them to come fix and they are permanently closed and so now they won't be able to come fix the work they did is now failing. Very frustrated with this. What to do now?

    Waited for the last pier to be scheduled since 26 January 2023 and called to find out no phones and are permanently closed. What a deal. No warranty and no finishing the job on my house. Checked my warranty and it also listed Concho Valley Foundation Repair and the person I talked to stated that she has worked there for 10 years and they were not associated with Abilene foundation Repair since she has been there. So now I have to get with another foundation company. Hope their character is more professional than Abilene Foundation Repair before they took off.
