I signed a contract with Willow Bend Resort Solutions in July 2023, which included a written guarantee that they would relieve me of my timeshare obligation with *************************** within 90 days. I made two payments to ****** *****, the president of the company, on July 14 and August 8, 2023, of ******* each, totalling $3500. After I made those payments, I heard nothing from the company and they did not return my emails or phone calls. I posted a negative review, and Mr. ***** immediately called me, on July 27, 2024. He apologized to me and told me that he had cancer, and this is why nothing was done on my account. He gave me the name of **** *******, who allegedly was taking over my account. I spoke to him on August 9, and agreed to let him "work on it." I have heard nothing ever since, again with no responses to my queries. I promised to give them a chance and not to post negative reviews, but my patience has run out, and I need my money back. I am sending a copy of the contract I signed with them, copies of my bank statements documenting the payments made to ****** *****, and a copy of my latest bill from the timeshare.Business Response

I did attempt to contact you twice today and left a voicemail, as Id really like the opportunity to speak with you directly to help resolve this matter. Please feel free to call me back or let me know a better time to reach you Im fully committed to helping you through this process and getting you out of your timeshare.
I also want to respectfully clarify a misunderstanding mentioned in your complaint. At no point did I say I had cancer. What I shared was that I had a severe case of COVID around the time you signed up with us, which unfortunately impacted communication for a short period. Despite that, Ive remained committed to your case and to seeing it through to completion.
Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I want to make this right. Im hopeful we can connect soon and move forward in a positive direction.Customer Answer

Purchased timeshare resale from broker/owner ****** ***** and officer manager ******* Kitchen:12/18/2024 found timeshare via **********, listing# ****** (MarBrisa HGVC week 47, EOYO, 8000pts, 2bd) contacted listing agent (JStern cell ************). JStern told to my wife, ******* ******, timeshare was free (gift), not as advertised of $500, if we paid processing fee and title exchange fee total $1089. We agreed. 12/19/2024 sent $500 via Zelle to JStern.12/20/2024 sent $589 to complete $1089 transaction, via Venmo to JKitchen. ****** said he didn't have a Venmo **********/26/2024 JStern text for us to pay an additional $1002.21 for maintenance fees and a pic of invoice dated 12/4/2024 due 1/1/205. We told him he will need to wait because we didn't have the money at that time.1/16/2025 sent $1003 via Venmo to JKitchen for mf. JStern.1/17/2025 received an email from ******** ******, ******************************************* *****************. Her email attached title exchange form and stated we owed $995 for title exchange fee.1/21/2025 forwarded ********** email to JStern ********************** but no response.1/25/2025 forwarded ********** email as text to ***** cell ph. He acknowledged receipt of text.1/30/2025 Completed form and sent back to ********.1/31/205 called JStern cell, to let him know a phone conversation we had with ******** earlier that day. ******** said we owed $995. We told her we already paid for title exchange fee to J ***** and J Kitchen. ******** responded she didn't know who ****** ***** and ******* Kitchen were. When we told JStern what ******** said, he said (he) timeshare owner owed him (JStern) money and that his wife (timeshare owner) was deathly ill. JStern said timeshare owner shouldve paid the title exchange fee. ****** said if he had to he would reimburse us to pay ******** directly. That's the last time we spoke to JStern. 2/11/2025 and 3/25/2025 Called JStern cell and left voicemail.Business Response

On 4/29/23, my wife and I signed a contract with ****** *****, representing Willow Bend Resort Solutions, to complete being transferred out of the timeshare ownership (at ************* in ******, **) within 180 days. If not, client will be returned 100% of all fees paid. We paid him $2,500. The October deadline has long since passed, and we have received no response to our recent emails or registered correspondence, nor any refund. We have now personally paid additional fees for late payments, in order to exit ourselves.Business Response

BEWARE!!! *********************** will steal your money and stop contacting you after receiving funds. Huge scam!!! Very deceitful and unprofessional business practices. *********************** has an excuse for everything; furthermore, he will manipulate and take advantage of customers. This company is 100x worse than any timeshare you have found yourself in. Save your money because he will only ruin your finances. ******** wanted to cancel her contract early because she claims that I wasnt doing enough to get her out of the timeshare. I went ahead and offered her a refund contingent on her providing me proof she still owned the timeshare. I sent a payment without her sending proof. She still hasn't sent me any recent documentation confirming she still owns the timeshare. She has sent me texts threatening to leave a post like this if I dont send her money. I have canceled numerous timeshares with the same company ******** owned with and I believe we fulfilled our contractual obligation to ******** unless she can prove otherwise.Initial Complaint

On 11/2/23 we signed a contract with Willow Bend to sell (get out of) the unit we own through: ****************, Multi-destination/******. Our Membership # is SP002566. The account # is ********. We contracted for $2500 with *****************, as the representative for Willow Bend.Since that time we have received numerous demands for payment of "annual" fees and now, late fees. We also cancelled ********************** membership. To date we have called ************* on many occasions. Several times he said he was at the Bank. On 11/17/2022 I signed an agreement with Willow Bend Resort Solutions to transfer my 3 timeshares to a program called RCI Pure Points. *********************** assured me that I would no longer be the owner of the timeshares and he would get me out of their ownership and all maintenance/membership fees associated with them. He said it would take about 3 months. When I returned from vacation at the end of February, I had notices that my maintenance dues were late and there were additional charges to be paid. He has not gotten me out of my timeshare contracts. I contacted RCI, and they have no record of my registration in the points program. I tried to contact him several times over the past 2 months by email and telephone, leaving messages each time. He has not responded to me. I have contacted my credit card companies and put the charges into dispute. I am filing a complaint in the hopes that other people will not be fooled by this engaging young man. I want a refund or I want him to follow through on what he promised.Business Response

In August 2023 I paid this company $1,250.00 One half of the total to be paid when the service was complete *********************** (the owner) told me he would have me out of my timeshare contract within 90 days After 90 days I emailed him, called ********** response was he could not do it I told him if he did not follow through with the contract or reimburse me by ***. 2024 i would file a BBB complaint No response from him
