    I was in the process of purchasing a truck that was a clean truck and I had placed a deposit on it and later that day I got a text saying that they had the truck up pending sale. When I called about it again they gave me the run around and said they werent able to continue with my purchase because they didnt feel ok with the sale and as a stated I had already placed a deposit on it and the manager stated wait you have a deposit on the truck still, let me check on that and get you a refund.

    Bought a 2020 Ram in Feb. 2023. Also purchased warranty at a cost of $6400.00. Cancelled the warranty in May. Am supposed to be reimbursed for $6000. We are in September and I still have not been reimbursed. The warranty company mailed the check to the dealership on May 2023 and their accounting department shows the check was sent to **************** at Texas Motorcars. We keep getting the runaround and the salesman ****** was very rude with my wife and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional.

    Bought a f350 when truck was delivered ,no emergency brake,back axle dry,no horn and windshield washer didnt work,later i decide to contact **** his words use warrenty knowing they dont cover it .if you luck out and get a good vehicle buy a lotto.this truck wouldnt pass inspect when it was dropped off.inspector should loose licencse.when someone says they treat you like family .to some means giving them the shaft.
