      BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are NOT your insurance company!!! I was told they were my insurance, UHC. This is who I signed up with for Marketplace insurance. The number was on the internet. I did NOT have any insurance coverage, so I had to sign up. They take advantage of people and they were charging me $198.96 each month for my "insurance". I was told my insurance was through *** but yet this is a totally different company. They were not handling anything correctly, including my prescriptions. They were contacting the wrong doctors and that did not even prescribe the med(s). They were speaking to different doctors that I gave them but not the correct meds that were given for each doctor. They are saying that they "help" people with their insurance and that they work with 19 other companies. This is CRAZY!!! I am going to do everything I can to get the over $2,387.52 that I had paid to them from Jume 1'st 2024-Dec. 31, 2024. I"ll also need to see what they owe me for ********* if they had me signed up as well. I was told this was my RX coverage, NOT a secondary policy!!! They are scamming people!!! I told them I will fight to get my $$ back that I paid to Strata Health Group!. I was told that I had to contact "Androit Health" for that. She also mentioned that my insurance was called "Impact Health." This is another company they mentioned. I am sorry if this sounds confusing to anyone, because there sure is all kinds of confusion on my end from day 1 !!! Like, why are they listed online as "Marketplace Insurance"?? I hate that I ever got involved with this company and they better take care of refunding me everything that I have paid because they have lied and misinformed me of everything from DAY ONE. I have a complaint filed here on the BBB now & through ***. Thankfully an agent @ *** stayed on the call to tell them they should have given the correct info from the beginning, etc. This will be a long fight I am sure. 0 STARS!

      This company is a joke. I am very disappointed and I advise others to never give this company any money whatsoever. They lie about what they are going to pay and then wont pay anything. They also misplace forms and lie saying they will send you another one and you never receive it. Therefore, you will have hospitals and doctors offices sending you bills, turning you over to collections while waiting for these fake plans to pay. Doctors offices will tell you they have never heard of this group. They dont deserve 1 star. They all need to be fired and repent for lying and stealing peoples hard earned money.

      ****** in Billing at *************** was very helpful and deserved 5 stars, HOWEVER, your member portal is quite lacking. She was the first ******** service agent to check to see if I was logging in with the correct member ID. Whenever I checked my online account, my login sent me to the portal of my previous account. No one told me I needed to re-register once I changed my account until ******. That confused everything for me and on your end as well.Why would your tech do that? Not helpful. Matching your ********s online account with their current account would be very helpful.

      NOT GOOD CUSTOMAR SEVICE REFUSE TO REINBURST MY MONEY. I TRYED CALLING FOR 2WEEKS THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR MY ********* TRY TO CALL THEY PUT THEM ON WHEN SOME ONE CAME ON THE PHONE I TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM THEY PUT ON HOLD FOR A HOUR THIS WENT ON FOR 5 DAYS .NOW MY REFUND DATE IS RUNNING OUT I FOUNDLY TALK WITH SOMEONE FROM BILLING SHE SAID THATT THEY COULD REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE I WAITED TO LATE TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND I EXPLAIN TO HERE THE SAME THINK IM TELLING ****** SHE SAID SHE COULD REIMBURST ME MY MONEY.PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS COMPANY

      Secondary *** with billing was great. Pleasant ******************. First one was sort of meh. Helped fix everything on billing and update to use my primary account instead of my debit card (thought it had been hacked).
