      Hello Veterans ordered a holster for my 40 SW on March *******. I paid $31.18 for the holster. Well today March 29, 2025 they tried to charge another $53.72 on my Debit Card. I am assuming they are trying to bill me for being a member. I don't want to be a member, nor did I give them permission to charge my card again. They have been on BBB'S radar for awhile from what I was reading. Be careful. Joey ************* Fl.

      SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!BEWARE OF ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY!!EMAILS- NO REPLY PHONE CALLS- NO ANSWER PHONE MESSAGES - NO RETURN CALLS CANCELLED CC TRANSACTIONS!!!WHY DOES A COMPANY GO TO SO MUCH ENERGY TO BE A SCAM???

      I was charged for the subscription box, almost $60. Trying to contact the company by email and phone was useless so I had to cancel my card to stop the charges. To top it off I never received any package from them after they received their money fraudulently.

      As others have stated. Impossible company to deal with. No answer to phone, email, customer service portal and the charge for the subscription was bogus as h*** I never got the product as they sent it to wrong address. It was returned to them. What a terrible company. I ended up just disputing the charge through my credit card company. Never again.

      I got ripped off by MCG Tactical tooSucked $50 bucks straight out of my bank account like it was nothing. Stated I agreed to buy a monthly NEWSLETTER (for $50 bucks a month?!) when I purchased a $20 dollar machete from them. The machete was small and a joke but I though oh well I`ll keep it. Next thing I know I check my bank account one day and on that day the $50 had been taken out. Couldn`t do a dm thing about it either. I called MCG and they said they would reverse in 3 to 5 days. Called today day 7 and the women said they tried to refund but the refund was DENIED by my bank. SURE LADY! WHAT A ************! Stay far away from MCG Tactical out of *****! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      This is a total scam. I ordered a camera, but all is received were everything but the actual camera. I contacted the complaint section, and they said they would send me a new camera free of charge. Once again, they sent me everything except the camera. This is a website run by ********. Do not order any item from this company. They are a criminal operation!

      Stay away (far away ) from this outfit. Bought an item from them which I received but then 2 weeks later a charge of ****** showed up from them not authorized by me. Have no idea what it was as you call and you get a recording saying leave a message but after 3 working days no response.Because I considered it a fraud charge I had to cancel my card for a new one and also hopefully get my money back.I left one star as I had to but if they had negative stars I give these scammers the most allowed. In conclusion just stay away!

      MCG Tactical is a poor company to do business with.I ordered the Dark Force Night Vision device x 2 for $158 + tax and some fees on 14 Nov 2024, thinking they would be fun gifts for my kids. I received them about a week later, but did not open them immediately. On 28 Nov 2024 I received a fraud alert from my credit card company; there was another charge to My Crisis Gear of $54.09 that I did not authorize, nor did I order anything else. Once this happened, I knew I ought to check the gear out. If you think it's impossible to get night vision for this price, you would be right. Scanning my back yard at night (residential neighborhood with lots of cultural lighting) the devices showed nothing but black. Bottom line: these devices do not do anything close to what's advertised on the website. You would be better off with no device for the image it gave me. After the unauthorized charge, and the poor field test of the product, I attempted to contact MCG via web site message, e-mail, and phone call/voice mail. In each case I asked for return instructions for their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" product, and for the reimbursement of the unauthorized charge (credit card company said it was listed as a possible "membership fee." I waited four business days and received no reply). I have now filed a disputed for both charges with my credit card company, and will still gladly return their defective and/or misrepresented device(s). The second charge should be considered fraudulent, but since I had done business with the company prior it goes on record as a dispute.See all the other one-star ratings on this site, and beware of doing business with MCG Tactical!

      My Crisis Gear MCG Tactical in my opinion is a company that has serious issues accidently or is deliberately messed up. They will not normally answer the phone, but leave you on hold with annoying music and will not answer. After a long time it will send you to voice mail. After I filed a complaint where the site tried to add another order onto what I had just ordered the ******************* contacted me immediately asking me if I just tried to place this order. This was above what I had just ordered. I filed a fraud report against them. 7 days after I had placed the order MCG left me a voice mail saying my order would be to me in 3 days. I figured that is when they got the notice that the credit card company was investigating them for fraud. My order did show up but I never received an email of what was on order. When I went back to see if I could find my order at the site I saw that they have checked items like a for $1.00 get a free trail of NSRA which I do not see that as being a free trail since it is costing you to get it, and after 14 days if you do not cancel they will automatically charge you $49.97 per month, which they say is simple; however, how can you cancel when you cannot get them to communicate with you. And why do they automatically check the box for this subscription? I will never order anything from this site again.

      In October I ordered a holster from them, when I received the poor quality holster I noticed they had charged me a dollar for a trial membership of their newsletter. I sent them an email telling them I did not sign up for their newsletter nor did I want it; a week later I see a charge for $55 for their newsletter. I wrote to them, twice, and requested cancellation as well as a refund with no response so I disputed the charge with my bank and was refunded. Now in November I see that they have, once again, charged me for their newsletter. I called the company and was forced to leave a VM as well as sending two emails with no response. I ended up having to dispute the charge, again, and cancel my card due to their "business practices." ***** this company like Covid.
