    We have paid $84 for this month and last month for trash collection services on a weekly basis from this company. I have not had a trash pickup going on 5 weeks. My girlfriend and I have called now six times over the last couple weeks. We are told they will get back to us. They never call back. The last two times we have gotten through I was told I would get a response from the regional manager I have heard nothing. I inquired about getting a refund for last month because we did not get serviced once. I was told they would try and resolve it multiple times and nothing has happened no one has responded. It was told yesterday it would send somebody today. Nobody showed up nobody also called to explain why either. We have been repeatedly ignored and lied to. I find this highly unethical for a business that we have not once missed payment to be treated like this. The account is under ******** ****** at *** ***** Ave, Claude, Texas. We have 5 weeks of trash built up at our house which is becoming unsanitary and disgusting.

    We apologize for the lack of service. Unfortunately, we are no longer in the solid Waste business. We sold this department 2 1/2 months ago.

    I am rejecting this response because: if that's the best they can come up with then why have I been paying them around $80 a month for the service. Why is that the number I was told to call. And that's who I was waiting for responses in May and june. This feels like a scam.

    Diversified Waste Management sold the Solid Waste portion to Waste Connections as of June 1st.  We are unable to answer as to why they do or do not answer their telephone.

    I am rejecting this response because: this was filed for services including May of missing four waste pickups for the whole month of may. When asking for a refund we never got a response and never got a call back every time we call. This is a poor excuse from a disgraceful company. They charged us for a month that we received no service. It's now August this is the third and final response I'm giving. This is the second time I've had to explain this. I hope this company shuts down for their poor ethics they deserve nothing less. Ask them to provide the "recorded phone calls for quality assurance" on my number follow up with how many times they called back. Unbelievable how a company can lie and get away with things like this.

    This business charges a monthly rate for weekly garbage pickup. They have never picked up our trash weekly- we usually go over a month without pickup. We are now on 2 months, and we have garbage bags everywhere. It is causing a mouse infestation, and is unsanitary. In the past I have asked for a credit or refund for the months they did not pick up, and they refused.

    The waste services for this company has been a battle from the beginning. I started off with a month to month service and then they asked that I paid early even though I explained to them that I must make payment on the 20th of each month because that is when I get paid. They agreed, then the calls started and would not stop it is like they were always afraid that I would not pay. I have not missed a payment all year. I paid this month on the 15th then they come and pull the dumpster. I provided paperwork stating the payment that was made and they still are claiming that they did not get paid. Now I am without a dumpster and I would like for them to return my payment, I see no need to deal with these people who get paid and then demand more.

    Diversified Waste Management does not offer month to month
    services.  We offer one and two year contracts.  The company policy
    is that all of our customers be set up on a reoccurring credit card or ACH bank
    draft each month.  We are a net 10 company, and we draft our payments on
    the 5th of each month, depending on weekend or holiday schedule it
    could possibly vary.  Once we realized that a payment had been made on
    this account we refunded the payment since the dumpster had been removed from
    the property.
