    This was a pain from the beginning. I had to wait for a few weeks for my dumpster to be delivered which I was made aware of that which is fine. I paid my monthly bill for 3 months and NOT ONCE did they come to empty my trash. I had called several times just to be told they were shorthanded and they would put me on the list. I had my dumpster that was over full and smelling horrid for 3 months before I called them and told them I wanted to cancel and needed them to come pick up my dumpster. They agreed and it took me 2-3 weeks to get someone out to pick it up after calling several times. I then called in reference to getting a refund for services that were not provided to me and was told that they would discuss it with the owner and the girl who does the residential dumpsters. I got the call back just to be told they did not do refunds and that they adjusted my bill for May and that was all they would do. I paid them over $200 for services not rendered to me and I believe that I should be refunded for the months they did not do their services that was listed in the contract that I signed. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I would NOT recommend them at all!
