  Being I had to pick one star.they made false accusation on me stated some pretty outlandish propaganda about me and to add insult to injury made it to one of my employers, causing me to be sidelined. They have no evidence to make such false claims our have any right to label me our anyone for that matter more then what I was a paying customer .truth be told there job is not counseling.there job is to help the customer which I wasn't instead I was profiled and made out to be labeled by some no educated illegal immigrant who was having bad day and needed to make fun of someone at my expense.so to the illegal immigrant where you profiling me cause u was having bad day? when I confronted the store staff about it they knew nothing to say.cause it was bunch of made up bullshit.staff sure had a lot to say over the phone to my employer.when I had go buy a pin for the lift I was renting.I was to ever use this place again.i rather die.i recommended ******* rentals.this place is a joke.the staff are a joke and there equipment a bunch worn out junk with a bunch of over weight no educated un friendly staff more worried about the ***** packages then a customer.so unless u fill like being profiled and made out to be something ur not because one of the illegals they have working there is having bad day and wants to start crap in someone life.i wouldn't go here. This place should be closed.i hope people go out of business.

  Sorry you had a bad day. You didn’t have a driver license and wanted to pull a bucketlift. The lady with the driver license did seem to have some problems and the customer with the account you were picking up for decided to not let me allow you to have. He did not want to be responsible for the rental of the equipment.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We rented a vacuum pump for our ac, they rented out broken equipment, the gauge was broken and didn’t even go to the equipment, in fact it was a old vehicle gauge, the hoses didn’t have the black seal on the inside to even do anything with, it wouldn’t have vacuumed anything with the hoses being unsealable. When we went to return it the owner explained “we should have called him even if it was 3am if we wanted our full money back” this information is not listed in their return policy, it’s not listed in the rental agreement, nor is it posted on the receipt, saying we should call his personal phone to let him know even though the store is closed in order to get a full return. When I called them about a hour after the return to figure out why there wouldn’t be a full refund his receptionist was extremely rude from the get go, she didn’t want to explain anything to me, she had a attitude while I was just trying to figure out what happened and why. She got the owner on the phone and he started off extremely rude. I asked him why it was rented out if it was broken, he lied stating he had let me husband know about the broken gauge, which if he had actually done so we would have went elsewhere to rent equipment that wasn’t broken, he wouldn’t answer me as to why the seals on the hoses not being present on the vacuum pump didn’t qualify as getting our money back, he lied multiple times about the information he gave, and refused to give the rest of the money back for his faulty equipment. So basically they are scam artist, renting out broken equipment, making their own rules and policies that aren’t listed so they can pocket extra money from people instead of actually maintaining their equipment. Im more shocked at the attitude from me simply asking questions than anything else. People who have zero accountability shouldn't have a business at all. It’s one thing to scam people, it’s another to be rude when you’re asked why.

  Ordered 3 yards of concrete. Mix was not correct. Concrete was hard in 1 hour. Only a 15 minute drive from A1 rental. No time to work concrete and owner said he would not warranty concrete or take any responsibility for what he sold. Never again. I do not reccomend using this business.

  We're sorry that you had a bad experience. As we discussed we only add water to your specification, and since the trailer rotates you are capable of adding more water once at your jobsite.
