    On 7/31/23 a deposit of 1000 was put down to build a 7k double axle 20 ft car hauler. Upgrades included a winch in a box with an onboard battery, 4” drop axles, solid ramps, solid floor, chrome wheels and upgraded tires, lights in the floor along with the switch and setup for the lights. The remaining balance was paid a few weeks later in full. The estimated time to finish the trailer was 6 weeks. From day 1 everything about the build was overlooked or ‘ordered wrong’ it was painted the wrong color, winch was welded to the bed…you name it. One excuse after another has led me to where we are today. I finally picked up the trailer 12/7/23 (19 weeks later) with everything sorted or so I thought. Tiny battery on a 13k pound winch wouldn’t even pull one car up without completely draining battery. Manufacturer of winch states a CCA of at least 650 should be used for winch. This battery wasn’t even close. Paint job is already flaking and rust is showing through not an industrial type paint job used for trailers. And wiring after inspecting is taped up with electrical tape and hanging down. Also locks on lugs with no key to take them off! All of these issues have been brought to the owner with no recourse and no effort to fix issues. The best part: He sold me a trailer with no title, no inspection, and no plates. He told me these would be in the mail in 30 days. Its now 3/2/24 and I still don’t have any proof of ownership of the 7k axle trailer. And he tells me he is going to have someone inspect it without looking at it and will leave plates/inspection/title in my mailbox. This business is shady at best and I would steer clear at all costs!

    As the owner responding to the complaint the information about this trailer is poetically correct. We made the corrections that he pointed out on the trailer as he requested about the paint job, and put the winch inside the toolbox as we had agreed to. I made the mistake on the trailer and no one else is to blame. We do the best we can at times and try to make each customer happy. Unfortunately we fall short. I did reimburse the customer foe the battery as well. I believe we lack providing him with a key to his chrome mag wheels which we are taking care of soon. Again we are human and can only tru to do our best.
