  Mark had perfect communication when it came to what we needed in our trailer purchase process. The trailers are well built we will be using Triple GGG trailer for all our trailer purchases in the future.

  I notice most of the complaints out here are out of state and related to a independent dealer for triple ggg trailers with regard to ordering and paying for a trailer that is custom built to your specs I haven't found a better value for the money, warranty, and service most trailer places point you to whats on the lot and that's it no options. Mark not only has stock trailers if they are what you need. However, he also lustens to how you will be using the trailer and makes suggestions to ensure you are getting exactly what you need. I wish I could give 10 stars as they are well deserved. Thank you Mark, you and you entire team were great.

  My experience with GGG Trailers was horrendous. Quite possibly the worst purchasing experience of my life. Definitely the worst remote purchase.
  Prior to build, I sent a written description along with a photo of a competitors trailer for them to model.
  They missed the delivery schedule. They delivered a trailer that looked NOTHING like the trailer that I provided by way of photograph or specification. The quality of the build was very poor. It had cold welds, quite a few parts of the trailer only were tack welded, it was missing the spare tire, and the front ball coupler mounting bolts were loose. The swing down stabilizers in the back of the trailer block the tail lights when they are in the travel position, and there was no cargo railing around the trailer.
  Worst of all, however, is the rear gate / ramp. When it arrived for delivery, one of the cold welds broke loose on the upright retaining bar. The tailgate was only being held on by one upright at that point.
  GGG was not receptive to my concerns. After a lengthy argument, Mark told me that he would take the trailer back, but that I would NOT receive my deposit back. “Not all of it” was his response. After further conversation that included me describing subsequent conversations with BBB and the TX Attorney General office, he agreed to a small reduction in price. I was stuck and needed the trailer for a move that was already delayed by his late delivery.
  On the way home I stopped to buy repair parts for my NEW trailer, I found that the tailgate was completely HANGING OFF one hinge pin and held on by about ½” of support on the other pin. I shudder to think what might have happened should that very heavy tailgate had fallen off while I was on the interstate.
  I am likely out of pocket another $2000 to repair/rebuild this trailer.
  He can argue all that he wants that he delivered my “custom” trailer. But the documentation in-hand / email communication proves otherwise. Buyer beware.

  This is correct. I offered to take the trailer back to accommodate but the customer refused and said he was in a hurry due to loving out if town. I can't offer more than to take back the trailer. Still would take the trailer back as we get requests daily. Bring me the trailer please.
