      I have had to replace the same item 3 times within a year that is suppose to last over 5-7 years. I have called the retailer because I bought a lifetime warranty asking them for a partial refund since time has gone by because the problem keeps reoccurring and Ive had my vehicle checked and its not my car its the bulbs they installed are not fitting correctly. I called and asked for a reasonable solution the retailer was rude and not trying to solve the issue. I need working lights as it is unsafe and illegal to drive without lights that I have paid almost $500 for. I would like atleast $250 back and they can have the bulbs back. They were rude and not filling warranty or policy.

      We want to assure you that our warranty policy is in place to provide a hassle-free experience. We're happy to replace the faulty part, however, since you've moved out of state, we can't accept the vehicle for inspection. You can mail the part to us, and we'll gladly send a replacement.

      Regarding your request for a partial refund, we understand your frustration. However, our warranty covers replacement of the faulty part, not a refund. We'll be happy to provide a replacement, as promised.

      Please mail the part to us, and we'll expedite the replacement process. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure your safety on the road. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. We're here to help.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already had this same part replaced multiple time by you all within a short period of time. I dont believe the product you offered me is compatible with my vehicle. Also I shouldnt have to pay for postage. If I do this in a couple months the part will need to be replaced again that has been the pattern. So I dont believe this is a quality part.

      Again that is our policy. You have a warranty on the product and you've had the product on your vehicle for almost 2 years. If you would like a replacement part we can send you the part without you having to send old part back. Since you moved out of state. That is the best we can do for you.

      I am rejecting this response because I have not had the product for 2 years in fact the product was installed June of 2022 and I have had the same bulbs replaced twice. The point in buying LEDs is that they are suppose to last for years. These products are not lasting nearly as long as you have claimed. They are suppose to last at least 5 years as I barely even drive the car. So please either upgrade my bulbs to a more quality product that will last longer or refund partial of the amount since time has gone by. I shouldnt have to keep replacing these bulbs as often as I am. Plus its costing me gas or postage to send or drive to you. Please I dont want to argue and I am being fair with my request. I am not comfortable replacing over and over in short time frames. I have not had these bulbs for 2 years these arent even a year old. And youve replaced them twice. Please upgrade or refund.
