      Terrible customer service, I took my *********************************************************************************************** $200 for it which was not crazy, because they said they have had a lot of experience and this would be no problem. Keep in mind that they are located an hour away from me. When I finally install the headlights back onto the car after letting them sit for a week(vacation), the headlights get moisture inside of them that same day. I now have to drive an hour out there again for them to reseal them again, and Im thinking alright they have to open them to clean out the water spots that had formed, they said no and charged me $100 to open one of the headlights to replace a board that had a problem and I told them okay just make sure you clean it out to which they replied they would. I get my headlights back sealed with all butyl this time instead of the butyl and silicone they did the first time and lo and behold the water spots are still there. The funny thing is he tried to blame the headlights fogging up on micro fractures from me opening them to which I told him I see no point in paying him to replace the board if the headlights have micro fractures, suddenly there is nothing wrong with them??. He told me he up both for me-they needed to be opened which was covered under the 90 day warranty, said he cleaned them out-they have water spots, and scammed another $100 out of me. I also told him once he opened them to just give it to me and I would replace the board and he said they wouldnt open the headlights for free. Each trip took me between about 7 hours. I would never recommend these guys to anyone. And they no longer answer my calls. My headlights are now sealed properly, there are water spots in them, these guys squeezed another $100 out of my for nothing. They failed to properly seal the back the 2nd time, but I covered the hole they left and it has held. I spent $600 on this project, $300 of which was paying these shmucks.

      My complaint is typical, at point of sale for halo lights for my **** Explorer Sport on 3/23 (******?) all is good and positive at installation asking to you to post positive reviews on the spot etc. Fast Froward eight months come 11/23 I noticed the front passenger halo light became unattached, I tested it as it still lit up so I took it over on Saturday 11/18 to check to have it reattached. I spoke with ****** to determine how long it would take to schedule which Thanksgiving was approaching so he took my contact info and would call me. Also informed me that the charge would be $250.00 however he would charge $150.00 for the repair which I was not too happy about especially that I just made the purchase just eight months prior for $375.00. What made it worse was the total different attitude versus the day of the sale, telling me after I stated my disappointment about the work install of the halo light stating "Things happen, that's the way it is" I then left, after two weeks I never received a call back and then on 12/1 I called and spoke to ****. I informed him I was waiting to schedule the fix of the halo light. He scheduled me the following Thursday. I came in, ****** was there and the attitude was with so handed the key. I waited for about two hours, I saw them pull my vehicle around, I paid the $150.00 and left. I was not a 1/4 of a mile down the road when my hood all of sudden raised up!!! I'm like what the??? I pulled over and fully closed the hood, my thought is the halo adhesive was fresh from what I **** told prior to leaving thus the reason why they may not have closed it fully. Just imagine if on the freeway!!! I feel that the labor fee should be partially refunded however I will submit a formal BBB Complaint should the halo(s) come apart again thus the reason for this review for reference. The halo light (left passenger side) adhesive seems less than the other as I informed ****** when I called him the day of the repair on 12/7/23.
