    ********. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS I booked transport of my vehicle to *******. I had a written contract. They picked up the car and then doubled the price. Told me if I didnt pay it they would put the car in storage at $40/day. They are low lives. Unethical business. Do NOT deal with them.

    Requested an online quote for auto transport and never agreed to any quotes provided. I went with a reputable company instead only to discover one of the quotes I received from Road Runner created a very difficult situation.

    Terrible. They gave me a 'Firm Price quote' for transportation of my motorcycle. The day we had agreed for pickup of my motorcycle, the price was double the original quote price.

    Trying to get my car transported to another state for moving purposes. I went online and received quotes from different companies. I decided to go with Road Runners Auto Transports as they were a good price and they said they could pick my car up on the day I requested. After the first day they said they ran into issues finding someone in my area and to give them time. After a week and a half I told them I could not wait any longer and I needed a refund for the deposit. I was told I could get a deposit any time I wanted but to give him more time. After a few days and he said the price might change due to this issue. I called and was told again give him more time when I told him No I need my refund so I can get another company to ship my car. He kept pushing me to talk to the manager and I said Im not waiting any longer and I would like my refund as you stated in a message it was refundable at any time. I was done contacting the company but constant harassment after I filled a dispute with my bank. Company is based on lies what they first tell you and change it constantly. Do not ship your car with this company.

    Completely unprofessional. They waited until the day my carrier was going to arrive to tell me that the rate we agreed on was being increased.

    As a carrier, my experience working with Road Runners Auto Transport LLC was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the process, they exhibited a complete lack of transparency and professionalism.Initially, we agreed upon a contract to transport the vehicle for $800. However, just a day later, Road Runners Auto Transport LLC contacted me and unilaterally changed the terms of the contract. They insisted that the customer must now pay $1800, which included $800 for the transportation service and an additional $1000 as their broker fee. Additionally, it's worth noting that they had already charged the customer a $400 broker fee.This sudden change in the agreement, coupled with their demand for more money without prior notice or valid justification, is unacceptable in our industry and reflects poorly on their business practices.Furthermore, when the customer rightfully refused to pay the extra fee, Road Runners Auto Transport LLC attempted to shift the burden onto my company by asking us to cover their broker fee.Overall, my experience with Road Runners Auto Transport LLC was marred by their unethical behavior and lack of integrity. I strongly advise fellow carriers to exercise caution when considering working with this company.
