Avoid This Dealership Dishonest Sales Tactics!I had a terrible experience at Don Davis Nissan. I was in the process of purchasing a truck we had discussed terms, they had added a 3 year *** Davis promise. I asked what it was the salesman, ****** gave me a print out that included motor/engine service for 1 year/15,000 miles with a $100 deductible if work was needed. I asked 3 times what was covered he showed me a list. We negotiated a price that we all agreed to; ****** brought in the paperwork we went over again and I wrote in all of the promises ****** had made such as the new tires, replacing the tinted window on one of the sides, and a few other checks he had promised. We went over to financing and ******* started going over the rates and then offered an 2 year ***** mile warranty. I declined because we already had added the prior *** Davis Promise and we were told that was only for cosmetic issues like seat tears or paint nicks. When I pointed this out, he called ****** and became defensive and tried to justify the extra cost rather than fixing the ********** felt like they were intentionally trying to squeeze more money out of us through deceptive tactics. If I hadnt carefully read the fine print, I would have ended up paying for something that we had already included in the price. This dealership clearly prioritizes profit over honesty. If youre shopping for a car, check every detail of the contract and be prepared for shady upselling. I wont be coming back, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

There ****************** is a scam. We all know that dealerships are going to charge you the most for your car repairs. Imagine my surprise when the told me that my 2010 Nissan engine has died and I would need a new engine. As a single mom and disable combat veteran , just moving to ***** I was distraught by the report , but thank GOD, he put a stranger in my life that said get your car towed to one of these mechanic shops to see if they said the same thing. I did take his advice and sure enough my engine was not dead, Some parts needed to be replaced but I did not have to buy a whole engine or invest in a new car LIKE *** DAVIS Arlington Location claimed. With our 2016 Nissan the check engine light came on and *** Davis ********* and ****** locations want me to pay for over 1000$ in repairs for stuff that does not affect the car safety or the roads safety but refuse to turn the check engine light even though is passed all of the emissions test required by Texas Registration Law. Stay away from Don Davis Nissan ********* and ****** locations for service repairs. One location charges 99$ for a diagnostic test the other is 159$ only to give you a list of unnecessary repairs as well as ridiculous cost for minor repairs. Don Davis Nissan knows that they can make a killing with unnecessary repairs to get your check engine light turned off. It is sad they will try to squeeze a ***** out of anything at these locations.
