    I originally ordered a piece from them on october 1st, where they drew ******* from my credit card immediately. Advertisedon the website and on my order reciept says "guaranteed two day shipping"after 10 days I emailed them inquiring an expected delivery/shipment date and was informed it would take two weeks.after two weeks again I asked for an expected shipment date and was PROMISED one more week. after two weeks from this date I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call and have gotten ZEDO response. It is currently 11/16/22, without a response in 2 weeks.

    Date of purchase: July 30, ***********: $164.00 When I received the product, the product was broken. I engaged with MetalPlex on Aug 15, 2022 to help with a resolution, and they instructed me to send the product back with **** and they would attempt to get a refund for me.The product was picked up from **** on Aug 19, 2022. MetalPlex stated it should take "a couple weeks" to hear back from them on any resolution. I sent a follow up on Sept 13, 2022 and Oct 26, 2022, though I have not heard back from MetalPlex.Attached is the email thread with correspondence.

    Ordered Nov 17 Email that order was completed and shipping label was issued 11/27 Nothing has been updated since. Myself and many other people are getting the run around on their order status. Many emails and phone numbers don't work for this business. I just want my money back if the item won't be shipped. I hope this is not a scam but it feels like with it still not being shipped and I keep hearing it will be updated in a few days. I also am concerned about quality as many others have noted it arrives broken.

    Hi, the original order was delivered to the customer on Thursday, December 22 with *** tracking 1ZV746R70335243824. The customer reached out to us and claimed to have a received a broken item so we created a replacement order which was delivered to the customer on 1/16/2023 with ***** tracking 393389447784

    I am rejecting this response because:

    first one was the wrong size that was delivered dec 22. Second one is bent and I did not get a new one that is not all bent yet.

    Order $148 metal sign. Item has never shipped and seller not responded with any helpful response. Judging by the 100's of similar situations online with Metalplex, the company takes your money with no real intent to ever deliver any real product. Asked for refund for no product delivered and told the only return delivered product. Literally fraud.
