      SunStrong Connect (SunStrong Management LLC) is engaging in highly deceptive and unethical practices toward solar system owners. Many of us purchased ******** systems outright in my case, over $30,000 with lifetime monitoring explicitly included in the purchase agreement.For years, we had full real-time data through the ******** app. But after ********* bankruptcy, SunStrong took over the monitoring platform and put a paywall on something we already paid for, demanding $9.99/month or $99/year for access that used to be free and was included in our contracts.Nothing has changed in the app except the logo. The platform, data, and user logins are all the same but now theyre charging customers again to use what was promised as part of a paid ********* make things worse, leased system users still receive full monitoring at no charge. So only cash buyers who paid the most up front are being singled out. Thats discriminatory, unfair, and clearly a money grab.When contacted, SunStrong claims they didnt acquire our contracts and have no legal obligation. But if thats true, they shouldnt have the right to charge us either. You cant block access to something you dont own or profit from a platform you claim isnt yours.This is a textbook case of exploiting homeowners who invested in solar in good faith. Complaints have already been filed with state attorneys general, and legal actions are being prepared. If you paid for monitoring when you bought your solar system, do not pay SunStrong a second time.They are monetizing a service they didnt build, didnt contract, and dont legally own and customers deserve better.If youve been affected, file a complaint with your states Attorney General. The more who speak up, the harder it will be for this company to keep profiting off customers who already paid.

      ******** company to deal with. I subscribed to their monthly monitoring service for one month (knowing I would cancel it immediately as soon as I was able to see some data on my solar system). They have done everything possible to make cancelling impossible over two months of effort on my part. I have now had to resort to disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay far away from this company and their abusive practices.

      Worst company EVER! Have over 30 calls in to have solar taken down for roof replacement (sever wind damage). Phone calls started April 16th and todays date is June 23rd and still havent heard a word. Next step is hire an attorney. Poor company to do business with!!!
