      When you ordered, your order contained a preorder item. We hold the entire order until all items are available unless specifically asked to ship in stock items earlier. For order status it's always best to contact customer service rather than asking in a review as we answer reviews as time permits.

      Didn't realize that the calendars would not be sent until September when I ordered them July 9. However my credit card was charged on July 9 for the full.price. Other companies I order from don't charge until the order ships. Calendars is using my money and I see no calendars for two months. Not a good business practice in my opinion. A somewhat disappointed customer.

      Hello,

      For future reference, for preorder products we post the date by which we estimate we will receive the product. We begin receiving calendars from the vendors as early as May and as late as October depending on their printing/delivery schedules.

      We hold the whole order until all items are received, but can manually split upon customer request. This information should also have been in your order confirmation email.

      There are business reasons we collect at the point of sale, but understand if you're uncomfortable with that decision.

      It appears your order shipped mid-August, so please let our customer service team know if you had any issues.

      I ordered three 2025 wall calendars on 6/30/24. My credit card was charged on 7/1/24. To date, I have not received my order or any notification when it will ship. I am out over 63 dollars and no calendars!

      When you order was placed, it contained a preorder item. We hold the entire order until all items are received in our warehouse (as stated in the order confirmation email.) For future reference, we're happy to split orders manually to send in stock product upon request.

      we ordered 5 calendars. We received 2 with a note that the rest would be sent later. It has been about a month and no word yet when rest of order will be sent.

      Your item contains several preorder items. We typically hold the entire order until all items are available to ship. However, if you order a current year (2024 calendar), we will ship that and anything else that is in stock at that time. The rest of the order will ship once all items are received.

      Once you get accustomed to it the website is easy to order from. And it's efficient and user friendly. However, the BEST part of the company is the **************** Staff. In my experience both the telephone and email people are Top Drawer! Friendly, knowledgeable, problem solvers. They leave you with the impression that they value your business!

      Lang Calendars are the Best in the World! The paper is heavy and does not curl or wrinkle throughout the year. The best part is the artwork. I hang 4 of them throughout my house all the time to be up to date on all my appointments and events. I ordered Old Glory and Stars and Stripes for my nephew who is a doctor. He treats Veterans and has one hanging in his office to add to the patriotic theme.
